Poll: whats favorite weopon in fallout 3

I like the unique laser rifle the metal. I like it becouse it is a mid-ranged weapon and it shoots 9 lasers per shot

The 'basic' laser rifle.

Mostly because I use it while I have my character decked out in combat armor so I can pretend I'm a space marine stuck on some backwards hell-world.

I love the Gauss Rifle.. It's probably the best sniper weapon in the game, at least for me.

Unfortunately, I lost Fallout 3, and I am sad.. T_T

I'm going to go with the hunting rifle. It is hardly the best gun in the game, and I'd go so far as to say it's the worst weapon for the job (long ranged combat), but there's just something about seeing your avatar desperately work the bolt as that supermutant with a sledge runs up that makes it magical. Most of the rest of the sniper weapons have no such luxury. If you hit them in the head, they generally die and you aren't clawing for a bolt to follow up the attempt.

I use Lincoln's Repeater most of the time along with the Chinese Assault Rifle and Ol' Painless.

nah, but really, that hunting rifle, pistol, and sledge hammer have done me fine so far. granted I'm level three so I don't even have all the cool toys yet

What? The Lincoln repeater is repaired with Hunting rifles, its not that hard to find those is it?

Anyway, my favorites are the unique Plasma Rifle, Lincolns Repeater (when I use it I shout "LINCOLNS REVENGE!!!" try it, its so fun), Gauss Rifle, Tesla Cannon and Alien Disintegrater.
