Physically, I like a well-proportioned face (nice eyes and an easy smile) and defined hips without being scrawny.
Most important though is the voice. A rich, round voice, no creakiness or breathiness. If I pull up a spectrogram of that voice, it better be clear and well-defined. I like a man with good solid formants. : P

Though sometimes I judge if a guy is attractive purely based on hands. I have a slight, teensy weensy thing for hands.

They could be different mods, with different standards. Not having read that thread, it might have gotten into a more in-depth discussion than is allowed in the rules, or something like that. The eyes. And I mean this in an entirely non homosexual way. Truthfully, on any human being, I find the eyes the most/least attractive. It's the first thing I look at when I look at a person. They could be completely hideous, but if their eyes show that they are a kind and happy person, then that makes them 1000 times more attractive.

They face. That includes the eyes and the lips.
I require a set of lush lips to make sure that the kissing can be done with maximal comfort.
Deep eyes that you can lose yourself in is also a big plus.
Also, the ass. Seriously. It's not a requirement, but a nice ass is a huge plus +.
