Barbie's horse adventure.

Seriously, I think that mission in Modern Warfare 2 and Grand Theft Auto pretty much sums it up. Also, Left 4 Dead 2's gore-o-vision every time you melee an enemy is kind of ridiculous, but that doesn't really make it the most violent game out there.
I own a copy of Barbie's horse adventure.
My sister does as well....it was the first game for the computer our family owned....I feel ashamed having played that.

OT: Both Fear and Fallout 3 are extremely gorey especially the Penetrator(Fear) and the Railway Rifle(Fallout 3). I don't necessarily like shooting someone then their body parts(or whole body) getting nailed to the wall.
Same here! Besides the Carmin Sandiego games that came with it that we never played, barbies horse adventure was our first.

You know, like manly men.

Nice, never played the Carmen Sandiago games....soon after the Barbie Horse Adventures game I got an x-box with Halo for Christmas...

OT: The first time I fought the flood in Halo, I had just finished watching the Jenkin's video...needless to say I wasted 9 clips from an assault rifle, 5 clips from a pistol and significant screaming before I shut the game off...I didn't play it for 2 weeks and even then with my sister in the room....

Damn...I was a wuss when I was 11

If No Russian is the most violent thing you've ever had to do in a game, then you must not play many games...

My vote would probably either go to Prototype or Left 4 Dead 2. Prototype was just... evil at times and Left 4 Dead 2 really went all out with making their skeletons show and their intestines to unwind as their torso is flying through the air. You get used to both, though.

Also, it doesn't really bother me because it's a game and all. The only time something violent in a game has ever really upset me was when in the Army of Two 40th Day demo you could choose to kill this guy or save him and for some reason I chose to kill him. It wasn't just the fact that killing him in cold blood was an option, it's just the way that they did it... like he survives and tries to defend himself and then they kick him off the building... It made my stomach hurt.

Manhunt 2 seriously SHITS on all your games. Grab a guy, shove his face in a toilet, stomp on it, grab the toilet seat, hit him 'till his head caves in.

That's probably one of the more tame things in the game.

I've never thought a game has gone too far but Manhunt 2 is the only game where I've actually felt ill whilst playing. And I'm so desensitized to violence it's not funny.

Tecmo's Deception,

It was a long time since I played it, but I think I recall crushing in intruder with a heavy stone foot that came from the ceiling.
