I just turned 24 a couple weeks ago... although I've been told my beard makes me look like I'm in my mid 30's.

I'm 19, however I'm 5' 3" so I'm being constantly mistaken for being 15-17 especially when I try to buy alcohol (Canada ftw)
anyway...my first gaming experience was my fourth birthday when my parents bought me a Sega game gear...never had touched video games before that and have never put them down since...I think the game was Sonic 2

26, here. My first gaming experiences that I can remember were on a Tandy 1000 computer, playing Spacewar, Space Quest 1, and The Black Cauldron. I was maybe...5 or 6 I guess. Got a nintendo not too long after that and spent ages playing it. And the rest would be history.
I'm quite short, so I occasionally get mistaken for being younger, but it doesn't happen near as often now as it did a few years ago.

I started with an NES at 7, setting me on the Nintendo path all the way up to today. My only non-Nintendo system is a PS2; I purchased it after realizing the Game Cube's lack of third party support. Predictably, my favorite genres are platformer and adventure. I enjoyed RPGs greatly when I was younger, but these days I simply don't have the time to crack one open.
Peoples' perception of my age varies. Upon sight, people believe I'm much younger than I am, especially since I started taking better care of my face and hair. (I'm always carded for alcohol by new folks.) Upon interaction, people believe I'm much older than I am due to how I speak, act, and carry myself. For added perspective: in my early-20s, I would be identified as anything between late teen and early 30s. Of course now, I'm zeroing in on my early 30s. XD

Usually mistaken for being older... trend I would rather not continue later on in life- was cool in Middle School to be thought of as older... but I don't want that when I get into my 30s or 40s

I'm 14, but people commonly mistake me for 15/16/17, as I am tall for my age, and I am a sophomore in high school. The average sophomore at my school is 16, so most people just assume that I am too. I started playing video games when I was about 6/7 and got a Gameboy Advanced with Mario Cart Super Circuit.
I'm 16 and have been gaming all my life. I started on my brother's N64 and Dreamcast until I got my own Game Boy Color (and Pokemon). I've been gaming since.
