As a huge fan of the series... anyone else?
Easily Timesplitters 2 better level design, better weapon set, best challenges & arcade and no EA putting it's nose in but due to the larger level editor on Future Perfect I play more multiplayer on this.

Two teams of two, screen split with a sheet, those were the days.

I feel sorry for you, you'll never play TS 4.

Haze (game) may be bad, but at least KoRn made a good song for it.
I thought Timesplitters4 was on the cards again after FreeRadical was bought out.

Boo, if they don't continue the series.

I do have friends sir and/or madam. Why so offended and threatened there? I was just double checking. TF2 is one of my fave games, and if they threw in the TF maps into TS3 (don't see why they would, but still) I would wonder why I hadn't bought or heard about it earlier... I might pick it up. Car payments come first though. And try and spend some more time on this site before getting angry with people eh? I didn't mean offense by it, really. So chill, and don't call me a "snarky little lady" again, ass.
Angry? Offended? Not at all, but I thought it a silly remark given "Timesplitters: Future Perfect" was released a few years before "Team Fortress 2". Figured anyone would have taken this into account... anyone... especially when the OP put the release dates at the top of the topic.
In any respect, sorry I took that the wrong way myself, thought you were being a smart-ass, or, in my more polite venacular, a snarky little lady. A joking response to what I thought was a joking comment.
Maybe I should spend some more time on these boards, does everyone take half-assed and immature name-calling so seriously? I should watch my toes.

My friend used to stand up shake his arse and say "shake your money maker!" whenever we played in honour of Jobeth casey. Timesplitters beats the shit out of halo any day.

Haven't played the third one~ Any strong recommendations that'll persuade me to buy it?
It's better than "Timesplitters 2" in virtually every way.
It has an actual plot.
The writing is fantastic.
It's hillarious beyond all belief.
All the classic characters make thier return + a bunch more.
The map-editor is perfect.
It carries over most of the maps from "TF2" + a bunch more.
The weapons are great (long live the monkey-gun!)
It's one of the few franchises that were NOT screwed-over when EA took the helm.
Cortez is ten-times the bad-ass he was in the others.
Split-screen multiplayer has never been so fun.
A zombie-monkey named "Brains"
Check out t he character list yourself, some time.

So, yes, I recommend the hell out of it.
"It's time to split!"
Also, totally and 100% this, especially the bit about multiplayer. This game is my favourite ever game by a large margin.

Ah, agreed. Agreed so hard.
I still claim that it's "Time to unleash the ASSKICKULATOR!!" when I play some online FPSs.

I really need to find my copy of Timesplitters 2. May as well just buy a new one, seeing as 4 will probably be delayed for a few years.

Look at my date of post. FR had not been bought out at said time.

2 obviously, possibly my favourite game of the previous generation. Shame the 3rd game was so bad.

Not gonna lie, I'm for sure sorry for snapping at you. I just got into my afternoon classes and have been awake (woke up for work) since 5:30 this morning, so I do apologize. I re-read your posts and realized I was being an ass... But yes, TF2 was released years after TS3, but I guess I kinda let my obsession for TF take over there. But not everyone does, just when I'm tired. I realized that too when I took someone's insult on xbox live earlier seriously when I was half asleep playing a search game on cod4... But I wasn't intending to be a smart ass, and definitely, my fault.

Oh, no, I suppose I may have came off alittle rude. Regardless, no qualms, just pick up "Timesplitters 3" some time and give me a hug. There, there, it's all better...

Can DO! After I pick up TS3, the PDAs will commence. *lol*

Timesplitters 2 is my favourite easily. My housemate found his copy in the cupboard recently so we stuck it on the PS3 and played it all night with "oh I remember this guy!" whenever we unlocked someone new.
