RPGs. It has to be a real time RPG though. The turn based combat really slows the action down and I just don't find it interesting.

And whatever genre Metal Gear Solid falls under.

I have an odd addiction to them. I love All of the sim games and I'm not even really sure why myself.

I like RPG's too and anything with excessive gore.

It depends on the weather. I typically cycle between shooters (first or third person), role playing games, or strategy games in no particular order.

However, since somebody in the gaming forum posed the idea of a fully functional zombie RTS, I won't be satisfied until I get one.

I just really wanted to know which is the most popular.
I have a feeling i know what its going to be, but people have a right to vote on what they think is the best.

For me its TBS games like Endwar for the Xbox 360 and Rome:total war for the PC.

On topic, I like FPS and RTS.

yeah.
its based on a turn system.
you can only fight one battle before the turn ends and all the other battles are fought by the AI.
then its your turn to pick a battle again.
turns are in weeks.
the general always says at the end of a turn, "here is how our forces faired in the past week"
