As long as I can understand it, for the most part. That being said, people mixing up their "they're", "their", and "there"s just grinds my gears.

Depends. I hate it when someone is writing with a terrible grammar in my own language (Polish) but It doesn't really bother me if someone has a bad grammar in english (as long as I can understand it). Mainly cause I'm not a perfect "English speaking" person and there are a lots of grammar errors I simply don't notice... like the fact that I say "I" all the damn time xP, it's just unavoidable for me (or maybe I'm just an egocentric douche).
Also I hate leet speak...
PS. The good thing about grammar is that it can tell you a lot about the person writing the post. Mainly age (intellectual not physical) and overall "approach to the world".

as bad as my grammar seems to be, i'm a grammar nazi myself, especially with fanfiction.
i've gotten very pissed with people not being able to tell "your" from "you're" or even worse, "quite" from "quiet".

Bad spelling, bad grammar and text/'l33t' speak really pisses me off when I go on a website. That's why I don't go in many forums.
I hate it on YouTube mostly, when some of the moron-folk decide that writing 'yeh man u do gud vids their funny' is actually something anyone would want to read. Guh.
