To be honest none of those. I'd rather have a 1/2 kilogram steak grilled then with me hacking off the fat so none remains and stuff it in a baguette.
This, so very much. I'm 24, and my eating habits have only just started catching up. A lot of it is actually down to inactivity; adults tend to have a more sedentary lifestyle than younger people, making it even harder to keep the weight down. I'm hoping my semi-annual pressup will be enough to solve the issue.BloatedGuppy said:I had your metabolism at your age. It's a curse. Good metabolism or no, you need to watch your diet in your 30's and up or your health is going to explode, and if you've spent your whole life indulging like a maniac you're going to have developed awful habits that are terribly difficult to break. I have no problems exercising, and I've been able to keep semi-fit as a result, but trying to get my eating under control is an ongoing battle.Jarek Mace said:FUCK. I clicked this thread just to say Kryptonite! God damn!
In which case, all three. My metabolism is insane, which means that I can literally eat in excess of 30 bags of crisps a day and not even feel it and not have it show at all. I may only be 17 (near enough) but my mother is 45 and has a stronger metabolism than mine. It's sort of a curse as well as a blessing.
Chicken is actually not fatty at all, that is if he doesn't put alot of fat on it.Scarim Coral said:Fatty especially when my dad make great food like beef, poak, chicken and other tasty meats! It also the fact that I gain weight slowly (horay for my metabolism).
Sure I love sweet like cake, dark chocolate and ice cream but these days my teeth isn't as resistant to sugar acid as it used to back when I was a teenager.
Salt are ok but I don't eat salty food on a regular basis.
Heaven help them if they ever read the Edward Cullen/orchard apple slash fic...Rowan93 said:Oh, also, inb4 someone mentions Cupcakes. I know a few people just stopped eating cupcakes because of Cupcakes, but it didn't really affect my appetite that much and it's been ages since I read the thing.
