I teabag all the victims of my teams cheating and laugh mercilessly. I'm a bit of a sociopath when it comes to multiplayer, which is why I don't play it as much as I used to.

Yell at them. If it's everybody but me, I'll put on some horrible music, if there's a couple other people not cheating, I'll just teamkill the bad ones and make fun of their PSN name.

In BC2 my squad surrounds them and then kills them, revives them, kills them, revives them, kills them, revives them........

I report, kill them or leave. People who cheat again their own mates I get (like in a private match) but online your just being a jerk and so deserve everything you get.
Though their is a big difference between an accidental glitch and one which someone tried to get.

I am a very strong anti-cheater and if i find someone cheating i make it my mission to annoy them especialy if there on my team.
Best ways are to team kill them repeatly till they stop or throw flash and smoke grenades in front of them.Another is to run in front of them all the time or if possible keep walking into them when they stop to push them around.
On this note me and some friends were all drunk on counter-strike one night made a dummy clan and hunted down cheaters all night while following them through the servers till they either stopped or went offline.We managed to clear 38 servers completely of cheaters that night and by the end of it we recruited about 30 people to the clan to help us.

if i can TK i do until they get annoyed and leave but if i cant i try to give away their positions or stand in their line of sight or i leave the game entirely
I HATE CHEATING! Come out from your hiding spots and kill me face to face you F***ing tools! Half the fun is out-flanking someone who thinks he knows where you are only to have his throat slit from behind after you run around him in a maze of cargo containers. 
If you can't kill people face to face, exculding snipers since the point of being a sniper IS to hide and pick of enemies, then you shouldn't be playing online shooters.

I usually just go along with it, unless it's one person cheating who isn't letting anyone else on the team in on it. In that case I just do my best not to acknowledge them.
I mean, they're just games so I don't really stress about it much, but if I catch someone cheating I do report them, friend or not because exploiting glitches or modding just ruins the experience for the people who are playing by the rules, and that is really what's unfair. To be frank, though, I find it much more grating to be intentionally fragged by a fellow teammate, again, because it kills the immersion and it's generally just a dick move. So to all you good folks out there, lose like men/women, and don't be retarded teammate sniping assholes.

I don't play with cheaters. Unless it's a co-op type of thing where everyone agrees upon it first, cheating ain't good. If people on my team cheat, then they're losers. If you have to cheat to win, then you probably shouldn't even be playing at all. I personally call out cheaters, friends or not, because I play games for fun. It's not fun when someone's thrashing you single-handedly because they can teleport, shoot through walls, or whatever.
Report 'em, give 'em a negative review and avoid 'em.
When its just split screen between friends, however, all bets are off haha. We once tried to play looking EXCLUSIVELY at the other person's screens, not at ours. Not cheating, but it is screen looking haha.

I highly dislike cheaters and can't stand it when someone on my team is cheating I usually call them out about it, and see how they react before i do anything.
It ruins the game when someone is glitching/botting/ or cheatingg in any sort of way, and usually ticks people off so theres just no point in doing it.
A game is made for everyone not just for one person to go about cheating their way making everyone angry.

If I'm with a friend, there's always teamkill, revive, teamkill, revive etc.
If not, I see if there's an admin on and try to tell them.
