I forgot to mention how much I loved the RTS games, really just the one that let you control the sand worms (Emperor: Battle for Dune) because summoning worms to munch on enemy harvesters is just fun.

I think of the books and the like second, I heard about the series through the Iron Maiden song "To Tame A Land", which was written about the series. I also think of it every time I take a Mentats in Fallout...

When you hear "Dune", what's the first think that comes into your mind?

For me, it's one of the movies, to be more exact, the 1984 version by David Lynch.

And it's one my top 10 favorite movies of all time.
