I'd be surprised if this hasn't been done before...

This is the third to my knowledge, in of which I made the first. And most people seemed to not like it because I had 4 countries and 4 areas spanning continents instead of the 7 continents and a mandatory joke option.
I mostly assumed correctly that the majority of Escapists were in order American, British, Canadian and Australian.

This is by far the most pretty place in the USA with our many lakes and little mountains plus we have UT sports.
