I've found a nice Kenpachi Zaraki on Deviantart.

Resizing, cutting and adding colors in Photoshop. 30 minutes later I have an avatar.

My game is DDO (dungeon and dragons online) and I did an avatar search on google pics for a dragon and thought this one looked cool/wise etc. I use it anyplace that allows me to select/upload an avatar. I run an offsite forum for DDO and its what I use there.

Mine's from Google, I just searched for 'Biohazard'. I first had one that was green and had a white background, but I eventually scrapped it because it looked a bit ugly when cut to size. This one's also streched, but it still looks good to me. Mostly because of the contrast.
I use this one on every site I have an account on.
