Scandinavia is in Northern Europe, consisting mainly of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Scandinavian countries also include Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands as well if Population wise, but I'm not sure if there included in Scandinavia as a whole. I do think that Greenland is technically a part of North America though.
Oh, so not technically a place but a group of countries then.

That was a fast reply. Thanks for the quick enlightment. :3

I dig my geography, also what part of Brazil do you live in, just out of curiosity? Is it Manaus, that would be really cool!

I live 15 minutes away from Washington DC, in Ashburn, VA. Yay. I live in the boring part of the US. -.-
I have a question, why isn't Virginia VI, why VA? Is it because V and A are the last letters or is there some sinister conspiracy that has yet to be divulged and the exposing of which will unravel the already thin veil of sanity the world still has left?!
We're the United States of America. We HAVE to be illogical 50% of the time. The other 50% is being insanely sensational. :-D

Truth be told, I have no idea. I have found yet another way to insult America and its oddities! I'm not a citizen yet, so I indulge. Goes well with dark humor, I must say.

What, Norway is still not a separate option?! Scandalous!
(I am obviously kidding, I was surprised to even see Scandinavia as an option...)

Also, why the heck Scandinavia has it's own option?
And now I'll show how geographically dumb I am by asking where on Earth is Scandinavia:
Where on Earth is Scandinavia?!?!

Actually, Scandinavia is only Norway, Sweden and Denmark, what you described are the Nordic countries.

A little more to the south.
Rio de Janeiro, to be more precise. It's to be expected as the majority of people live on the southeast.

Oh me? I'm not from anywhere important. Just a small backwater country called the United States of 'MURICA.

Qouldn't surprise me if you haven't heard of our amazingness and freedom that I'm sure everyone else is all jelly about.
(I kid)

I'm from New Jersey to be specific. Home of the Jersey Devil and a distinct smell of garbage. Did I mention our dangerous and violent cities full of poverty being a one hour drive from spoiled rich people suburbs? Or our high population density?
Pretty ethnically diverse as well outside of the snow white suburbs.

Right now I live in the Pinelands in one of those snow white suburbs. Used to be poor and from Jersey City.
I miss the city :(

Any other New Jersians on the Escapist?

Croatia, a small country in Europe, just east of Italy. However, I'm considering emigrating and New Zeland is at the top of my list...

In Wales, in a valley... it rains a lot and there are dragons don't you know.
There also Typhoons in Wales. If you live near the Mach loop, that is.
That's a bit further north from me. But some say they use that as a cover story for the Dragons.

Scandinavia is actually only Sweden, Norway, Denmark.

Please add asian countries in the poll :)
Poll only has 8 options. So far "other" which would include all of asia is les than 5%. So i don't think it'd make sense to get rid of one of the more chosen options for it.

The US of A, where the beer is sub-par!
You may be surprised to know that not only do the US have some of the worst beer in existence they also have most of the best. If you let me loose in one of the craft brewing regions in the US and I would be like a kid in a candy store.

New Zealand here. Thanks for differentiating Australia and New Zealand. I hate it when people use the term "Australasia".
Oceania is fine too.

Specifically I live on Auckland's North Shore. Which is pretty much a mass of middle-class suburbia with central shopping/food orientated town centers scattered around the place. Pretty generic apart from the awesome beaches with have.

Buffalo, NY in the USA. Where Canada has done a hell of a lot more to help the people of western NY than the state government.
Wait people live out there, Cuomo made it seem that the only populated parts of New York were the Capital Region (where I'm from) and The City.
...not by choice do i live here...

We have a joke we like to tell around here. There are two things you can do in Buffalo.

Eat, and leave.
That joke applies to my entire state- I'm a resident of Columbus, Ohio, which as a native Ohioan who has scarcely lived anywhere else, is pretty spiffy. The only thing a tourist might like here is Cedar Point, and that's so far out of the way that only people in neighboring states go there, no farther.
