In sweden. In a kind of big town in the north. It's like the biggest town up here. So it's like a big city in the middle of nowhere. :p

I live in a fairly small town (pop 17,000) on the outskirts of the Lake District in Cumbria, where men are men and sheep are nervous.

How nice is Canada really? Seriously. Because I live in the UK and I hate it here, always have done. I'm 20 now and I'm so fed up of this small, depressing island. I've been to New York before and loved it. I've also been to Niagara but there's nothing there, so I always wondered what the rest of Canada is like. Once I finish my degree I'm saving up to move somewhere else; either the USA or Canada. So yeah what's your city like?
Well...I really like it here, but I'm not quite sure what you want to know. Just asking "How nice is it?" is too open ended for me to cover properly. Send me a PM, and we can continue this conversation, as it would be kind of de-railing this thread. I do want to answer your questions and give you information, I'm just not sure how to answer such large questions.

I was born and raised in the shitty suburb of Lake Worth, Florida.
I'm getting my degree in our beautiful state capital, Tallahassee. It may be a city, but it sure is a small one. The city of West Palm was bigger.

Canberra, Capital of Australia. Yeah, go get your globe. You could call it a small city, but I think of it as a gigantic national park with seven large clusters of buildings with satellite suburbs. Population just over 350,000 with a extremely academic and intellectual culture. Can seem rather stale at sometimes. Apart from the running of the country the most noteworthy Canberra factoid I can think of would be that in 2003 70% of the territory that Canberra is built on, the Australian Capital Territory, was destroyed by bushfire. Here is link to an article on Wikipedia showing some of the extraordinary blazes.

Yes, definitely the real capital of Sweden, and my hometown too.

U.S., in Ohio. I live really close to Pittsburgh PA. though, so I usually just say I live there instead. I spend most of my time there anyway.

I live in a deserted-like city, it's called Rhenen and it's in the middle of the bible belt here in Holland. It sucks to live here, there is no one on the streets except for some strict-Christian children who are part of a very strict community so they don't talk to outsiders (meaning me).

I live in the Welsh city of Cardiff. It's surprisingly okay. I wouldn't move to a larger city though. Cities are dismal.
