Like others have said, I would have liked Akavir

We see so little of that place, yet it keeps popping up in the lore. And we have all these katana's lying around.

Akavir seems like it would take many more resources to make than Skyrim. Hopefully in the future we'd go there. Or at least see a living Akvari.

Skyrim is what I've been hoping for. I usually play as a Nord and I like their history the most of the playable races so I've been eagerly awaiting a game to be set there. If I had to choose a different location though (for VI let's say) I'd pick Valenwood.

I'm calling it right here. Elder Scrolls VI will be about a war between Tamriel and Akavir.

And yes, I can talk about the sixth game when the fifth isn't even out yet.

Considering that Akavir is lawless besides some Tribes in would need some serious retcon for that to work considering that the only expedition ended with an Emperor dead.

And a Nerevarine missing, or so they say.

Isn't the Nerevarine immortal now as well?

Can't remember the name of the disease you get as part of the quest but doesn't it make him/her ageless?

Beth could easily re-introduce the Nev into any future ES title. Doubtfully as a Player Character but interesting if I do say so myself.

Seriously how imature and childish are your friends?. Wow i mean, I guess they must have very juvenile minds to find that funny. -_-

But yeah i voted for Elsweyr since im a big fan of Khajiits. I mean my playstyle is mainly the stealthy/sneaky bow & arrow approach. And for me personally i find that Khajiits suit that perfectly. So i think it would be great to go too their homeland and find out more about their culture/lore and actually see what their environment looks like. I just find Khajiits too be awesome and i think they deserve more love. (And i guess im biased ^^).

(Throughout the vast majority of my life, a cat has been in or around the household, so... yeah. )

As for the setting, I had always thought it'd be difficult, if not impossible, to make a decent setting out of a desert, but the tiny desert region available in Fable III's Aurora gave me reason to suspect an engaging, not-entirely-boring desert might be possible.

There'd have to be a pretty huge focus on ruins, I imagine, although I admit I've read very little lore regarding other provinces, so I don't even know how much of Elsweyr is actual desert and how much isn't... or if there'd even be any ruins/dungeons to explore. >.>

Ultimately, I'm just a cat person (heck, I even like nyancat) and wanna see more Khajiit ingame. X3

I'd like Elsweyr (though I hate Khajiit) or Valenwood (maybe the two of them in one game?), but I'm perfectly fine with Skyrim. In fact, I think I'd like Skyrim best.

Bollox didn't read it correctly. I put down Valenwood but didn't realise you mean for No. 5. So in this case, I'm totally fine with Skyrim.
Next time I would like somewhere different than forest and mountains though. Like maybe Elsweyr or the Summerset Isles, I think you could really go to town with them both. Especially Summerset, as so little is known.

We are all rather horrible to each others faces in a very friendly way. Good friendship. We will generally take the piss out of each other in anyway we can.

Me telling them I'd booked a week off work to play this game resulted in many puns about me spending a week in a rim.

Not immature or juvenile in the slightest. Considering you don't know how the friendship works you shouldn't really judge it.

EDIT: This is most definitely not meant to sound aggressive, defensive or like a rant... I swear! Just seemed to come out that way :/

OT: A future game in Elsweyr would be cool. I'd be curious to see what kind of buildings Khajiit would construct. Would there be a hierarchic style community? Alpha males and all that jazz.. To be honest I know quite little about the Khajiit... admittedly not my favourite race in ES.

Years ago on a TES site I voted for Skyrim every single time the 'where do you want the next TES to be set?' poll came up. So I'm happy. Although quite honestly, I wouldn't care about the setting too much - that TESV's gameplay makes me forget Oblivion ever happened is far more important..

But I voted Morrowind, 'cause, y'know, Morrowind.
