For me I think it's the KOTOR series, first game around 20+ hours and second game around 4 playthroughs around 25-30+ hours each, though I have wasted far too many hours on Mass Effect 1&2, as well as Dragon Age: Origins, good times, good times. Also I do note that KOTOR 2 is not a BioWare game, but I do consider it part of a BioWare Series

Definitely Mass Effect. I've done two playthroughs of each and I'm about to start the first one again to try to do a perfect playthrough of that, then I'm gonna get the rest of the DLC for ME2 and try a perfect playthrough of it as well, all in preparation for ME3.
I've put 170 hours into the Mass Effect series in the last month, haven't gotten around to playing DA:O yet.
Mass Effect 2, i have about 5 completed playthroughs (all DLC quests included) and i'm currently halfway through another playthrough which exists for the sole purpose of making all the Renegade choices and then taking the Paragon choice at the end. Problem TIM?
Though I've wasted time on most of them (don't like Dragon Age so I think I've sent a collected one hour on both games trying them out), the one I've spent the most time on was Neverwinter Nights because I actually did a game challenge where if I died in the game, I'd restart the whole thing. This included the expansion packs and the premium modules. And I died... twice? That was just the first game though. I repeated the challenge again with Neverwinter Nights 2 and died once about five hours in.
So yeah... I've probably racked over a hundred hours at least on the first game and I don't know how many on the second.

Oh, that one's easy. Without a doubt it's Dragon Age. I've spent at least 300 hours or so on Origins, nevermind if we're including 2.
Mass Effect. Its just so easy to lose yourself in that universe.

Dragon Age: Origins I've spent about 5 playthroughs on that game alone. (Awakening included) Still wouldn't call it my favorite game but it was fun to replay. DA2 I got about 2 and a half playthroughs of it. KOTOR 1/2 I've played about once per year since I've had them. I'd probably say Dragon Age though.

Neverwinter Nights was amazing for one feature, which was the ability to have a multiplayer server with a real-time dungeon master, capable of changing things while people were playing.
Essentially, it was a true digital form of pen & paper. I have no idea how much time I've spent on that, but I'm sure it's well above 600 hours by now.

Dragon Age 2? Possibly. Dragon Age: Origins, depends. It's more role-playing oriented. Cool enough characters though, predictable plot but fun nonetheless. I'd suggest watching some videos of the combat since it's quite different.OpticalJunction said:

I'm bit ashamed because I played most of them and that is just a lot of time invested. DA2 didn't deserve it at all (trololo).
I think I spent most time with KoToR, because the only game of this series is just so amazing (or at least was back in time when I didn't have millions of RPG's to choose from, come to think of it I didn't have Internet either so getting something that good just because of good luck was amazing).
