Because the proportion of "people who love the whole Fallout series" : "people who only played Fallout 3" on here is very low.

Fallout 2 especially had more than its fair share of utter swine running around. Some of them made the Enclave look like sympathetic characters.

Well, I was none-too-fond of Moira... she just grated on me. However, I think the majority of Little Lamplight receives my scorn. The little bastards just didn't know how to shut up, and knowing that I couldn't give them an encouraging pimp slap across the face doubled my frustration. Sometimes, I wonder if it'd be so bad for children to be able to die in videogames.

And I think out of people that have played all the Fallouts, Lynette would win. It's her fucking attitude, and the fact that she doesn't need to be a *****. All the other assholes are doing it for survival, or are involved in a war. She's basically a worse version of the Overseers, one that you will never be able to reason with.

Flick is the guy in charge of the thieving kids, that's why he's on the list.

I'm surprised at all the Moira hate. Sure she was annoying, but she was actually a nice(in a retarded fashion) person, which is rare in this series. She reminded me of the state trooper from Fargo.

He wasn't an annoying prick to the point where you'd wish you were actually in the game world so you could physically strangle him though Hating someone for being stupid isn't as easy as hating someone for being extremely annoying (see children) a super asshole (Lynette) or just plain obnoxious (Myron).

I didn't hate anyone in Fallout 1.
I am yet to play Fallout 2.
In Fallout 3 however, i really disliked everyone from Little Lamplight. Even as a kid I wanted to punch them in the face. I wonder if I can sell them to slavers...
In New Vegas? Probably the guy who shot the Courier (I don't remember his name). He was just too... sleezy?
