Depends, is the magic capable of giving the laws of reality the middle finger?
If yes, then I'll take the magic package, because while the Super Genius IQ would allow me to create many amazing technologies, I'd still be bound to what is possible in our reality.
The magic, on the other hand, would just handwave obstacles with a "Yeah, whatever, shit works regardless". If your magical power is such that you can alter reality on a whim, there is no limit to what you can do beside your own imagination.
