I want to slay the Tarrasque; except you can't slay it per se. You have to reduce it to 0 HP, and then use a wishing ring to wish it unmade.

Edit: Looked up some stats on the Tarrasque. You actually have to reduce it to -10 HP. And yeah, it's basically Godzilla with health regeneration and a magic-reflecting armored carapace. It can breathe fire and can swallow any creature size Huge or smaller.
