Neither. I liked them both about equally, for different reasons, my second favorites after Majora's Mask. I loved TP's story and dungeons/bosses, and WW's exploration and general design.

I liked the feel of Wind Waker more, even if the sailing could get a little tedious, but Twilight Princess had some AWESOME character design. Seriously, just go around Castle Town, and look at all the NPCs. So awesome. Agatha is a favourite of mine.

I'd order my personal top 5 Zelda games as follows:

A Link to the Past
Wind Waker
Zelda 2: Adventure of Link
Ocarina of Time
Twilight Princess

Twilight Princess was great as I've played it through 3 times now. It's simply not as memorable as any of the above games on my list. I look forward to seeing if Skyward Sword will make my list.

Twilight Princess. I loved that game, I don't understand the hate it gets. I really liked the darker direction it took, and the art style was beautiful (at least for the Wii).

Really? Least favorite? Have you ever played this monstrosity [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zelda_II:_The_Adventure_of_Link]?
Are you kidding? That game's a work of art compared to the CD-i games. I watched the Angry Video Game Nerd review of those, I didn't know just watching them could be painful.

As for what I think, Twilight Princess was the first Zelda game I ever got everything for, but I really liked the open world with sailing from Wind Waker.

I would probably choose Wind Waker, but I like most Zelda games for different reasons.

No I did not. But from all the Zelda games that I DID play however, I felt Twilight Princess took that spot.
You're not missing out. It's horrible.
I have to disagree. I quite like the game, if only as a strikingly different counterpart to the other 2D Zelda games.

Hey, I thought Zelda 2 was at least tolerable. It's nothing compared to these abominations. [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CD-i_games_from_The_Legend_of_Zelda_series]

I prefer Twilight Princess's combat and graphical style and story, but WW had the whole "exploration" thing, which I loved a lot.

Both had their charms but I vote in favour of Wind Waker. The cel shaded cartoonish style had a nice feel and was smooth in motion, plus Link had a tonne of personality despite not having a thing to say. I enjoyed the dungeons and some boss fights more in Twilight Princess though. The fight vs. the dragon in the sky temple and the one in the sand temple where you use the spinner are two highlights of the entire series for me.

Twilight Princess was worlds ahead of Wind Waker, and is easily one of the best video games I've ever had the pleasure of playing.

Wind Waker would've also been this if it'd had the same graphical quality as Twilight Princess.

Wind Waker
I love the graphics and WW Link is way more loveable and awesome than TP Link. Also, I like story and characters better, even though you can turn into a wolf in TP. TP was awesome, I just like WW better.

Well Twilight Princess was the first Zelda Game I ever beat, but I personally enjoyed Wind Waker more.

Twilight Princess was fun, but Wind Waker was like the perfect game. There was not a part of that game that I didn't love, including all the sailing.

I've got to go with Twilight Princess, but I'm a bit biased. I didn't really like Wind Waker's cell-shaded design as a kid and really couldn't bring myself to play it all the way through. I should probably pick up a new copy (I don't know what happened to the old one) and give it another chance, though.

I would go with Twilight Princess. However, if it wasn't for the damn tedious sailing during the majority of WW, it would be better than Twilight IMO. Despite that factor, WW had a certain charm that I enjoyed, and the world was really colorful.

Wind Waker of course. It was phenomenally good.

Same, I think I still have like the last temple left on TP, but other games came out and I was just "Meh" about TP and didn't finish.

Now Wind Waker was the first and only console Zelda game that I have beat. It held my attention all the way through, even when I bought new games while I was playing it, I always left at least two hours each day to play on it.

I was also the same way about Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons on the Gameboy Color. They are the only two Zelda games I have beaten on handhelds. Though even though they can be played like separate games, they really make up one big Zelda game. Because of that, I'd say together, they make up the biggest/longest Zelda adventure to date.

But yeah, Wind Waker was great because it did bring the feeling of sailing on a vast ocean and it was fun discovering all the islands and bringing up the treasure chests, and it also had that camera that brought the fun of trying to take pictures of everything I saw to see if the secret Zelda/Nintendo statue guy was able to make a statue from the picture, for the statue gallery/museum.

I vote for Twilight Princess, out of the two that is, loved the graphics, loved the feel, the only part I dislike about it was the bridge battle with the ogre dude. Those seemed highly useless but still gave me a feeling of immersion. Though Wind Waker was my first Zelda to beat, next being Majora's Mask, I find myself drawn back to Twilight Princess more than I was Wind Waker. So, Twilight Princess.

I hated Twilight Princess. Not that it's a bad game but because the tutorial takes a good five hours to finish. It's one of the reasons why I hated Final Fantasy XIII because it takes too damn long to get into. Wind Waker however was a badass game. Easily one of my favorites next to Majora's Mask. I didn't really mind the sailing all that much and I gander that no one here hated sailing because it was sailing. No you guys hated it because that's all you do when you're looking for the triforce pieces at the end of the game. Worst part of a Zelda game in existence. That's my only real gripe about the game.

Twilight Princess, Wind Waker had some design choices that really annoyed me. I'm not saying it's bad, just not for me.
