Poll: Which do you like? Gears of War, Call of Duty, or Halo?

Well, I've been talking to a lot of friends, and they all seem to have mixed feelings about these three shooter games. Some people I know love Halo 3, and aren't happy unless they are hijacking ghosts and using the assault rifle. But others love CoD, and were playing Nazi Zombies before I'd got past the second mission. But others I've met love Gears. I'm personally a Gears fan. Chainsaw=WIN. Wave 50 of horde, at twelve at night. But what I really want to know is, which do you like, and why?

I am going with Call of duty I perfer the gameplay over halo and Geras I do not like the cover system I find myself asking why when my character can not see over a wall I am able to aim accuratly

Gears of Halo 4: Modern Duty. That game is frickin' sweet.

Of the three you posted as choices, I enjoy Gears an inordinate amount for a shooter. Mostly 'cause it's third person, and I still think it has an excellent cover system.

Of the three you posted as choices, I enjoy Gears an inordinate amount for a shooter. Mostly 'cause it's third person, and I still think it has an excellent cover system.

I thought the gears cover system was amazing. The ability to see whos coming down a corridor when you normally wouldn't be able to see it makes it a lot better in my opinion, so unlike in Halo, you cant get that cheap kill by running around corners and insta killing people with beatdown

Gears doesn't play anything like an FPS, it plays exactly like most other 3rd person action games.

Also the Half Life series is considerably better all round.

All 3 are decent games. Though I personally don't enjoy COD much.

I know that they're are many other very good shooters out there, but I can't name em all, and these are the three that have been getting the most buzz for a while.

I concur. CoD doesn't suck, its just a break from "ZOMG SPACE MARINE TO RESCUE STOP TEH ALIENS."

Some people can't handle the logic that your not killing aliens.

A while back it was good, but people need to stop talking about it.... I mean, its been out FOREVER, we get that it had great mechanics, but were a little tired of them.

personall I like COD the most then Halo, however I think you should've put some playstation titles there aswell like resistance and killzone, y'know just saying.
