As much as i love me some metal, im gonna have to say Earth, i mean how awesome wouldnt it be to be able to warp the ground into what you wanted, and warp mountains into giant pictures of yourself, Rushmore style.

Earth for me.

Quicksands, sand coffins and sandstorms. Oh, and pulverizing people with a stream of sand till nothing but bones is left.

This also counts as controlling the non-magnetic metals, like gold, silver and natural minerals. Crystal armor, anyone?

I'd go for metal, as it's what we build things out of- partially at least. Being able to collapse a building or crush a ship at will would be pretty bad-ass. We're even partially built around metal (iron in our blood), and where would we all be without electronics?

I call dibs on Plutonium-239 :p

I went with Caesium, as I seem to recall it being the most "violent" of that particular group of metals.
Francium has a little more oomph, but it decays quickly, which is where theres never that much around.

Spot the chemistry student...

I would have said Fire before (in fact, I did last time), but really now I'd go for Darkness. Mainly because I have a really dark side to my personality and it never gets shown, and I just feel sick and tired of keeping it all bottled up sometimes. Plus darkness is awesome for killing people... ;D

In terms of elements of the periodic table, i would choose oxygen. it is , if not among them, then the moost bountiful element in the world. i know for a fact that it takes up 50% of the lithosphere, and logically around 33% of the aquasphere, 25% of the biosphere, and 25% of the stratosphere (dont quote me on this, these are just what i vaguely remember from science). plus, i can suffocate people at will

in terms of what you selected as elements though, darkness. darkness > light because darkness always gets to the destination first. besides that they are basically the same thing

Call me crazy, but if you control light can't you just take it away and make...well...darkness?

Anyway, Metal. I can't think of anything more useful than being able to have full control of most environments. Sure, it does jack-squat in a field, but what's to stop me just taking metal with me?

Plush, I control a LOT if I control metal...all the elements that are metal...it's quite a few.

I would chose Light. Theres just so much you can do with it. if you bend the photons around you, you can turn invisible. not to mention force fields, lasers, and the like. you could destroy entire cities by turningthe photons around them into laser bursts. you could even run and move at the speed of light which would give you even more powers and possibilitys.

Logically I want to say water, I mean, what couldn't you do with it?
But... fire is just too awesome! I'd so do the click you fingers flame thing.

Earth, totally. Something is very attractive to me about stone, rocks, and being able to do with them as you will.

Light, Bend light = invisible
Take away light = pure darkness
Increase light = blind people
control light = illusions

its also a pretty subtle power, I wouldn't have the Science patrol or the army knocking on my door very soon, if at all.
Am I the only one who is worried about the science patrol showing up at any given moment to take a urine sample?
