Screw all these games.
Arkham City is going to blow everyone away. And I might be crazy here, but Max Payne 3, if it EVER actually comes out. I don't know about y'all, but Max Payne 2 blew my mind back in the day, and the "cinematic experience" that many games try to serve up just totally fail compared to the well-done noir of the graphic novel stuff interspersed with gameplay. It was like a Mark Miller comic, with great voice acting and real feeling in the story.

The Witcher 2, right now. For a few reasons.
One: It looks really good, and I enjoyed the concept of the first Wticher
Two: If I think to much about Skyrim, I'll end up freezing myself until it comes out, then I'll commit suicide when it either disappoints me, or convinces me that life doesn't get any better then it is when I'm playing it
Three: Mass Effect 3 isn't coming until 2012, and after Dragon Age II, I'm trying to keep expectations reasonable.
Four: I don't know enough about Dark Souls or Catharine to be excited yet, L.A Noire or Deus Ex could go either way, I'll believe a Blizzard release date when the game plops down into my lap

Id like to say skyrim, but I love the silent hill series(first 3 atleast) so much that the appeal of another one, even though it will likely be garbage, is too much to pass up
Brink, Infamous 2, Zelda (Even though I don't have a Wii), Arkham City, maybe I'll give Skyrim a shot. After all, I do like RPGs. But for now, I'm happy with the games that have been released so far (Killzone, Portal, MvC3, MK, etc).
I'll just throw this out there too: Half Life Episode 3 isn't coming out at all and neither is a remake of FFVII. We're talking about true games coming out next year.
...However, if we're going into the fantasy/whenever it's released category, I choose Megaman Legends 3, and again, even though I don't have/plan to own a 3DS. Wanna take it one step further? Kingdom Hearts 3.

God, Skyrim is the ONLY game on that list I'd even consider playing. Besides which all the rest are console exclusive, so I wouldn't be playing them anyway.
Skyward Sword. Man, all sorts of great games are coming out, but I do really want to just play another Zelda game sometimes. Just the nostalgia, the sense of adventure, the joy of making your way through a dungeon, I LOVE IT XD
Keeping an eye on Skyrim and Guild Wars 2 as well. Haven't played a game in either series but I'm pretty impressed and may give them a go.
Honestly, not much else. I guess LA Noire and a few of the 3DS games coming out. Portable Blazblue Continuum Shift *drools* AND portable Ocarina of Time?! *faints*
Though E3 is sure to have some surprises for fall/winter.
