Out of those, probably Modern Warfare 3, TOR, and Saints Row 3 will be missing the cutoff. Just so many good games this year. Although it feels like I see that every year.

The Old Republic, I love Star Wars, I love Bioware, I don't love MMOs. And apparently my non love of MMOs is greater than the other two loves combined.
Everything I hear about it, I love the sound of it. But sorry, I just don't want to pay 15 bucks a month to play KotOR:Online, which isn't something I want to do anyway.

I like my RPGs to be single player; just me and the world. Not me, the world and about 10,000 idiots jumping around swinging lightsabers.

Won't be getting the boring game that is anything oblivion (skyrim). Just found it all boring as hell. Oh and because MOAR BAULDERS GATE GAMES!!!!!!

I won't be getting SR3, don't need another GTA clone.

I won't be getting Assassins Creed because it doesn't interest me. I didn't like the first one much.

MW3.. I normally wouldn't buy this one, but, the 5 people I play games with on a regular basis are getting it and I worked out a way to get it brand new for the local store for 40.00$ so that'll happen. Wasn't a fan of blops but i have both of the other Modern Warfare games. I dig the story and the game play. Not so much the community of asshats that comes along with multiplayer.

I will be getting ME3... Just don't know if i'll be doing it on PC or xbox... All my saves are on Xbox, but, I really do prefer sitting at my PC. I could probably play through the PC versions, Or download a save game that is identical to my xbox ones.

SW:TOR - This one i'm not sure. It will be solely dependent on pricing.

SR3 is not really a GTA clone. It less focused on story and more focused on wacky fun.

And TOR will be $60 release date cost with $15 a month fee same as WoW.

GTA and SR3 are cut from the same cloth, just because SR3 takes a different path that GTA does, doesn't mean you aren't running around as a gangster in an open world sandbox style game doing the same shit.

Just like WOW and SW:TOR... Same shit, different colors. I like the scifi setting a bit more then a fantasy setting so I might like it.

MW3 won't ever be on my shelf cuz I just don't enjoy "realistic" military shooters.

Star Wars: The Old Republic looks interesting but the only MMO I've tried that was actually fun for me is Dungeon Fighter. Even that I haven't played in a while.

I have not completed Mass Effect 2, as ME1 has bored me into a coma.

Sometimes I've wondered if I'm the only one. Thank you for making me feel less alone.

Out of all of them I'll likely only get Assassin's Creed, and maybe Saints Row 3.

I won't get MW3 simply because I didn't like what Activision did with the whole Infinity Ward debacle a few years ago and haven't bought a game from them since COD4. Skyrim I'll take a pass on, at least until it's dirt cheap simply because I don't think Bethesda games are anything that's all that special. I gave them a fair shake with Oblivion and Fallout 3, but I can only handle so much mediocre writing, gameplay, and buggy titles. Mass Effect 3 for the reasons DeadlyYellow stated, and I'll skip TOR because I didn't really care for KOTOR, don't care much for any other BioWare games I've played, and I generally dislike MMO's.

Mass Effect 3 because I don't want origin
