Both of these creatures have similar behavior but different appearances so, which would less like to encounter?

For those of you who are unfamiliar with either or both of the creatures.

SCP-173:
Item #: SCP-173

Object class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-173 is to be kept in a locked container at all times. When personnel must enter SCP-173's container, no fewer than 3 may enter at any time and the door is to be relocked behind them. At all times, two ponies must maintain direct eye contact with SCP-173 until all personnel have vacated and relocked the container.

Description: Moved to Site19 1993. Origin is as of yet unknown. It is constructed from concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon brand spray paint. SCP-173 is animate and extremely hostile. The object cannot move while within a direct line of sight. Line of sight must not be broken at any time with SCP-173. Personnel assigned to enter container are instructed to alert one another before blinking. Object is reported to attack by snapping the neck at the base of the skull, or by strangulation. In the event of an attack, personnel are to observe Class 4 hazardous object containment procedures.

Personnel report sounds of scraping stone originating from within the container when no one is present inside. This is considered normal, and any change in this behaviour should be reported to the acting HMCL supervisor on duty.

The reddish brown substance on the floor is a combination of feces and blood. Origin of these materials is unknown. The enclosure must be cleaned on a bi-weekly basis.

The Weeping Angles:
The Weeping Angels were a species of winged humanoids from the early universe, so called because their unique nature necessitated that they often covered their faces to prevent trapping themselves in stone form for eternity. This gave them a weeping appearance. They were known for being murderous psychopaths, killing their victims "nicely" by dropping them into the past before they were born and letting them live to death. This allowed them to live off the remaining time energy of the victim's life. However, when this potential energy paled in comparison to an alternative power source to feed on, the angels were known to kill by other means, such as snapping their victims' necks.

They can never murder me now! :D

Thus I am going with SCP-173 because it will kill anything smaller than it, and I am smaller. Also the picture... oh god the picture...

Even SCP-682 feared it... >_>

Is that an actual thing from an actual show? I've never heard of it. It looks weird, not necessarily evil (more like a science experiment gone wrong than a murderous psychopath that hunts you when you aren't looking). Is it slow (if you blink you won't die, it will just get closer slightly) or lightning fast (you blink you die)?

EDIT: I'd probably be okay with the weeping angels so long as they were actually trying to hunt me, rather than just kill me (I'd rather live to death in a different era than get my neck snapped).
