My favourite console is the Xbox360. Favourite game is probably Fallout New Vegas, but the game I've played most is Modern Warfare 2.

N64, mainly as it never broke once. Even when I spilt water on it. And my favourite game for it was Banjo-Kazooie. Many childhood hours that I will never ever get back. ...And I'm oddly OK with that.
