Poll: Which Mass Effect 2 character is a "must" have in ME3

Garrus is my favorite side kick in any video game, and right after that you have Tali.

I'm only a bit through the first game (and I'm hopefully going to get a copy of Mass Effect 2 today), but I would love to see Garrus come back for the third one.

He's just awesome, that's all I can really say to justify it.

Honestly, nothing about Tali ever jumped at me. Never understood all the love for her. Oh well. Mordin was wonderful though. I would vote for Mordin.

Tali and Garrus, been with me since ME1, and would prefer to keep it that way. But if I can only pick one, Tali.

For me, as with many people, its Tali and Garrus. They've been with us since the very beginning and it would be more than a shame not to have them in the grand finale, especially with their respective romance options.

However, if I was forced to pick between them, then I'd go for Garrus, a ME game would not be the same without him...

I didn't find talking to Mordin all that interesting. I could barely understand what he was saying and when I could it wasn't all that interesting. And I've got a think for Sarah (from Chuck).

Garrus and Legion, Garrus is Shepards bestfriend, and Legion is just awesome. If I have to pick just one, it would be Garrus.

I think the only MUST character in ME3 would have to be Commander Shepard. You already know ALL of the back stories or did you not do the side quests. I think that it would be nice to run into characters from the past but I think an entirely new squad is in order to make more compelling story telling and side quests.

idk why all the hate for Jack. She was a jerk, and it worked for her character. id take her. Id also like to keep thane. He was a good fighter and had the best story

and a terminal illness, i'd say he was the most unlikely

if shepard can be brought back to life, im sure thane can be cured or brought back to life once he dies

I would have chose Mordin beacause he was my favorite but he was also the only one who died in mine so im going with legion because I thing theres more room for expansion on his charachter.
