Final Fantasy XIII looks like everything I've ever wanted in a video game.

EDIT:

FF13. I can't wait for that game, even if the demo drove me batty--I heard they were fixing everything I hated in the demo, so I'm excited.

I'm going to end up preordering that, and then kissing all my free time goodbye when it drops.

I said Halo 3: ODST, mostly because I preordered it about six hours ago. I'd like to play all of them though, save FFXIII (I don't care for "cool-down turns").

EDIT: I should note that Final Fantasy IV turned me off the franchise because of that battle system. I might acquire a taste for it at some point but for now Final Fantasy I & II for the GBA will be the extent of my FF experience.

How can the OP know these games are great, even though they haven't been released yet?

As for me, none of these games.
I just want to play Tales of Hearts, even though it probably won't be released in Europe or the usa

Final Fantasy XIII. I've liked every game in the series that I have played (this includes XII), and I'm a sucker for a good JRPG. Other than that, maybe ODST. If I had a PS3, I would choose Ratchet and Clank, as that is one of my three favorite series on the PS2 (alongside Kingdom Hearts and Jak and Daxter).

I'm getting Assasin's Creed 2 (or borrowing it), Modern Warfare 2, and Mass Effect 2.

And then a LONG break from buying games that are over the 20 dollar price range.

5. Halo 3 ODST yeah its gonna be cool to play as a helljumper cuz lets face it, theyre badass, but halo has been too stretched out since halo 2, halo wars was a nice change in pace but still stretched out

4. If you have heard anything about ME2 you would realize that it is not "the same thing just different characters"

5. Its not stretched out when there are different stories involved.
