At time of posting, 88.9% of people say "Two and a Half Men".

(To elaborate, I liked the show back when Charlie Sheen was still in it. Now I think it's just okay at the best of times, but for me, it's really not the same without Sheen.)

Big Bang Theory plus Two and a half men are quite unwatchable, cancel them both I say. Throw them recklessly through the gates of Oblivion. Your precious Patrick Stewart won't save you now fatty. Muhahahahaha.
I voted for the U.S. Office because frankly, it's horrible. I've given it a shot and an episode of the (new) Simpsons got more laughs from me.
Two and a Half Men is close second though. The show was good when Charlie Sheen was in it (because the joke was that Charlie Sheen was actually worse than the character he played) but with that new guy I just have no desire to watch it.

TBBT is a fine show. The Office was fine, might not be so much without Carrell. Never watched Modern Family nor How I Met Your Mother.

BBT is amazing and How I Met Your Mother is a pretty solid show, if only for Barney.
Not a fan of Modern Family but I can see that it has it's moments. US Office is not good at all in my opinion but it's not dire. 2 and a half men is, it's just weak. It was good back in the day but then the kid grew up and Sheen went tits up so...yeah, that's the one I'd pick, too late to bow out with grace but still, too annoying to leave on.

I only like one of these shows (The Office) and haven't watched it in like two years. I don't know two of the shows, and don't care about one.

Big Bang Theory and Modern Family are good, even though the characters on both shows are pretty much stereotypes. Two and Half Men, however, is terrible and has always been terrible.
Not that I liked it much to begin with but putting Ashton in the lead of Tow and a Half Men was probably worse than just cancelling it. I don't care much for the Office either to be honest. I don't know what Modern Family is...is that the one with three families? A rich, a poor and, a same-sex? How I Met Your Mother and, Big Bang are the two on here I like.
I'll vote How I Met Your Mother because its the only show that has an actual end point i.e. the story where Ted meets "the mother".
The other shows are just directionless serials where anything can happen any week.
Rather than just tapering on until the show runs out of ideas and viewers, having a distinct end goal allows writers to hone in to the ending and write something special rather than just having an ending where "everyone moves away".
