The thing that bugged me about Voldemort was that those wands had to be aimed and didn't have sights, so the effective range on any of those spells must have been pretty lame, about what you'd get firing a shotgun slug from the hip.

Well they always stare down the "barrel" of the wand, don't they?

Even if they don't, I'm sure they all come equipped with a semi-auto-aim device to get the target's rough position.

Any of them as long as they don't magically summon (or otherwise bring in) countless minions to the fight (I'm looking at you, dragon age). So I suppose Andrew Ryan. I have some marial arts experience and a kill-crazy buddy I've been spending too much time with, so I suppose I would stand a chance against him as opposed to the rest (gun-wielding gangster, turtle-lizard-dragons, homicidal computers etc.)
