None of the above, mostly because I usually find it astoundingly bland (with the occasional exception of stuff like some of the kosher chickens that turn up more often around Passover). Chicken, and to some extent turkey, has so little flavor itself (to me, at least) that it mostly just ends up being a vehicle for other seasonings/sauces, and at that point, it doesn't really matter which part of the chicken you're eating. Give me a cow instead, or lamb, or salmon, or swordfish, or something that tastes good all by itself.
