Liara. Because she's the best.

I'm frightened that the Talimancers have invaded the Escapist as well.
I didnt even know there was such a thing, I didnt think tali was amazing, she was good, but not amazing.
You haven't seen the Bioware forums, have you? Imagine Halo with (nearly) all the Talimancers there being the tiny, exploding Flood creatures. Their posts have tiny word counts; they explode when someone insults Tali; and they are a Flood when it comes to polls. As is evident here, as well.

However, I love Tali's character and I realize there are plenty of intelligent Tali fans, so don't attack me.
Hahaha! Very nice...But i dont know what all those peopels ee in tali...And I guess that explains why tali has the most votes so far.

Well, seeing as my Shepard is a girl....
I think you can get it on with Liara even if you're a girl.

So no problems there!
True, although I didn't realize this at the time and didn't really feel like sticking with Kaiden. So my Shepard was lonely. :(

Miranda just wanted servicing, and despite the body was just a bland character. Could you even do Liara on the 2nd one?
I agree, a totally bland character. But the game designers put alot of time into her face, body, and ass. Lol Jack was a much better character. Even Tali was.

And no, you cant do liara or kelly in the second one. I wonder if they'll come back around in the 3rd one.
I hated Jack with a passion. Don't know why but I just did.

First time I played ME1 chose I chose Ash. Thought she was an interesting character. Then in my second Play through I chose Liara, found her much more interesting then I did Ash.

After importing Shep into 2 I thought I was going to be able to stay faithful but... Tali won me over. Plus IMO Liara seemed like a completely different character then she did in ME1.

Kaidan in ME1, then cheated on him with Garrus in ME2.

Miranda as ManShep. I really like her as a character.

In Mass Effect 2 i wnet with tali as i was interested in what a quarian looked like, and also liara wasnt avalibal for that game and i can't be bothered to commit when it's just a game so i was quite diss apointed when i didnt get to see hopefully in Mass Effect 3. they say kuriosity(Im pretty shure that is spelled compleatly wrong) killed the cat but im a human so its ok.

In ME 1 I chose Tali. And I went dry through ME 2.Seeing as how ME 2 featured no homosexual option. And my Shep was a female.

Miranda is great the friendlier you get with her. Bringing her along on the last mission on a paragon run after romancing her really makes you appreciate how far her character has come in relation to Shepherd.

*Looks at polls* Well no surprise Tali is winning.

Anywho, in the first one I went with Liara, though I didn't really like her that much. She was nice and all but she was too soft and sweet for me and what I imagined my character to like. Oh and in the first one I also attempted to romance Tali, because I actually found her rather interesting. I couldn't but I did try.

In the second one I was initally interested in Jack. I like the crazy types and I actually found her somewhat attractive. But I think I accidentally screwed that relationship over, so I instead thought back to Tali. Now I just know I'm gonna be really stepping out of the crowd with this one, but I got to say I really liked Tali alot. After already going through one game together, completing her loyalty mission (I stayed silent), and talking with her I found that I really liked her as a character. So I went with her in the end.

And so to wrap it all up I have to say that Tali was my favorite romance option in ME. (Although one of these days I'm going to get back to it and romance Jack)

Male Shepard:

ME1: Ashley
ME2: Tali

Female Shepard:

ME1: Liara
ME2: None, though I did make an attempt, to woo Garrus.

Why no GARRUS! He is by far the best of the guys. As a 2nd choice ummmm I guess either Thane or Kaiden. Also Jack was my total bff I wuv her.

ME1 - Ashley. Liara's personality annoyed me and felt a little forced, and Kaiden was just "puny human number one" (Morbo voice). Yeah, Ash was a bit of a xenophobe, but I didn't nail the ***** for her love of aliens.

ME2 - Miranda at first, but then I felt bad and reloaded a save and went back to Tali. I honestly never kept her in my party in the first game, so I was surprised to see them flesh out her character in such an endearing way. Really all of the women in 2 have their own unique, deep personalities, I was quite impressed that Bioware pulled that off so well.

When I played ME2, Shepard just stayed in his cabin and had some "quality time" with his picture of Ashley.
I can't believe I never thought of that scene in that context. The implications are beyond hilarious.

Ashley Williams.

I like strong independant women, not to mention she was quite a well written and believable character. She had flaws, no question, she had prejudices against aliens due to her family's history but if you pursued the right dialouge with her, her opinions actually change on the matter of aliens.

Besides she was hot (while still looking believable and not being used as eye candy) and I have a thing for tough chicks with laser guns and given the choice I happily chose her over all the others because the chemistry between her and Shepard was both funny and at times kind of sweet, without getting cheesy.

Sure, the confrontation on Horizon in Mass Effect 2 put a damper on things, but combined with an apologetic email and the realisation that I couldn't really blame her for reacting the way she did, made me decide to pass up on Miranda, Jack and Tali and hold out for more Ashley and Shepard in Mass Effect 3. I liked the idea of a faithful Shepard better I guess.

So yeah, I chose Ashley for the first and I stuck by my choice in the second. So in the end Shepard merely gazed longingly at her picture.

I chose to romance Miranda. Or maybe I should say, I chose to romance Miranda's ass. Yeah, that's more accurate. I mean, you're kinda supposed to. BioWare makes sure you know that it's there. Every cutscene. There it was. And I found it to be a better character than Miranda anyway. Though I'll never get what makes Tali so damn special. And no, I would never say that on the BioWare forums. They will destroy you. Over Tali.

I chose Ashley in the first game. By "chose" I mean it just happened without me realizing. In the second game I tried to choose Miranda but I was playing Female Shepard and Miranda doesn't swing that way.

Wait, you can get with Tali?! She is my favorite female character. I may have to play this game again to do that.
