40k Universe.

If I can be an Ork Warlord, or maybe a Chaos Marine, let the galaxy burn and all that.

Mass Effect.

So much of Mass Effect.

Dat inter-species lovin'.
I do believe Captain Kirk was also having himself some alien booty. Those Orion Slave girls don't dance for themselves.

I'd go for Star Trek. Exploring stuff is fun, and so long as I didn't get a red shirt, I'd be happy.

Xenosaga's future is the most exciting to me. Realians and harnessing God sounds awesome!
The whole humanity repeating history thing... That was fucked up Wilhelm.

Rapture city... before everyone went insane with adam and the such. Being able to grab a bottle of Incinerate and be able to shoot fire from my fingertips sounds pretty good.
But it is doomed to go insane.
True but it would be fun while it lasted.

Easy, Iain M Banks' Culture.

Utopian society is always good. Permissive of near anything done for pleasure and, if the desire to fuck up some deserving aliens arises, you can seek employ in a futuristic SIS/CIA type body and be morally fine doing so.

Of OP's choices, between ME and Star Trek; leaning more toward ME.

Mass Effect of course. Why? Because it is where I feel I would belong if I was to be taken out this reality and plopped into another.

Mass Effect- Sans Reapers you know. I'd like me and my people to live kthx.
Star Trek- If I could be on the Enterprise, with Captain Picard and First Officer Riker...and Geordi...and Data...and Beverly...and Worf...and Troi...and ok yeah.
Futurama-Cuz even if my life is depressing, I will be laughing all the way to Robot Hell.

So...I'll eventually pick one....yeah...

Out of the list Mass Effect, but otherwise, (and I doubt many will have heard of this) Battlezone 2 - Following the Scion Ending though.

STAR WARS IS NOT THE FUTURE! "a LONG LONG TIME AGO in a galaxy far far away..." sorry about that, now that I have that off my chest, I would like to live in the galaxy of starwars, if and only if, I could be a jedi.
It may not be future but it is scifi so it belongs. Now I want to chant one of us.

To live in: Star Trek.
Or as an Inner Party member in Orwell's 1984.
Or as an Alpha in Huxley's Brave New World.

Post-war Star Wars universe would be ok, though. Not sure I'd enjoy it with a full-scale rebellion going on. ;-)

The Culture.

No death if you don't want it, magictech (it's called inferior and superior hyperspace layers but yeah...) at it's finest, orgies are a common way to pass time and everyone can do whatever they want - and thanks to the absolutely ludicrous tech level, there are really not that many physical constraints. I mean, these are the guys that can create an autonomous almost-as-intelligent-as-human pen-sized self-guided projectile with an anti-gravity drive that cuts trough matter at atomic level and then comes back asking for new orders. They can hack computers from light-years away by scanning and altering the quantum state of it as effect-at-destination that simply skips the intervening space ("Lightspeed limitations? How droll. Who would want to be bound by those?")

So yeah, it's a Utopia of the highest degree.
Don't forget the Drug glands, lack of any monetary system, total intergalactic peace, near-immortality...
As long as I'm promised a place with Contact that is.
