You forgot falling.

Falling to my death would be best, if it were included. Preferably from at least 3km above ground. That way I die instantly (no pain), and I get to go "wheeeeeeeee" on the way down...

Not so. Electrocution rythmically sends you into cardiac arrest & revives your body until death, which can take up to 15 minutes. All the while you're experiencing the upper limit of pain you can physically experience.
Somehow, I doubt that. I know the US justice system isn't everything but I refuse to assume they've been executing prisoners for hundreds or years in the most painly fashion possible.

Anyway, I'd say Hanging. If your neck breaks during the fall you should have a pretty quick death, more so then when being burned alive or have to go through the agony of drowning.

I can't believe someone chose burning. I hate it when it's too hot outside in summer. I'd hate to be burnt to death.

Haha! Hence why I understood where you were coming from! I must admit it was fun to burn splicers, but EVE seemed to go so quickly...

To everyone who said gun shot. If you've ever been shot, it hurts like hell and if it's in the chest, breathing is a nightmare and the pain keeps stabbing into you. You don't always die from it but if i did die from that i would have been so happy for the pain to finally stop.(if when you die all you feel is the last feeling you felt then my afterlife would have sucked)

what can't believe that it was fun to watch? get ol' sparky fired up. Seriously though it was the most "humane" and "effective" way at the time or so they thought.

OP, do you look a little something like this?

Personally, I don't really like to think about death, I think people who do have extremely empty lives if all they can do is think about how to end them.

but seriously drowning.
Least painful of the choices.
I don't know if drowning differs in appeal to each person but to me its always been the least attractive death =/

Its a hypothetical question, not a tips thread for how to off yourself. I only think about death if the questions raised, frankly I find it fun to discuss it and I don't see how that makes my life empty. It sure ain't full but if I can find enjoyment and meaning in it then wheres the shame?
