Sex. Obviously. Best way to work up a sweat and get the heart pumping.
Your post is the first thing I saw when I opened this thread and now I cannot stop laughing as I can only picture your avatar as being your O-face.

OT: Home.

I don't like being around the weird Hu-Mans. They judge me and scare me.

As for running, the giant bright burny thing in the sky pretty much takes care of it.

Swimming FTW! It burns, but it doesn't ache, which is quite the boon when you weigh 300 pounds. And when I master the butterfly stroke, no one will be able to stop me in the pool! WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!

Other than swimming, I also enjoy a good round of lifting. I'm still not really powerful, but I can hold my own.

I can't run at all, my asthma is too bad. Swimming pushes it, but running REALLY sets it off.

I enjoy my bicycle, mostly because I've got places to be, and I enjoy having something fun between my legs.

At the moment I (try to) exercise every couple of days using the exercise machine my Dad got from a friend. Been trying to get some muscle definition happening so I'm not so pencil-thin.

At home with free weights. Which I don't have the space for, but I make do.
Also fighting other pokemon in the arena of course.

Biking! I love cycling, especially going off road and all. I also to play some badminton with my friends, and that goes really well for my exercise.

Pretty much the only exercise I've done is walking/running, but seeing as I'm 5'7" and barely tip the scales past 100 lbs, I'm not really in any dire need for exercise anywho.

Having sex.

If that doesn't count, walks definitely.
I'm with this guy; I get almost all my exercise from all the time I spend dry humping my fiancee'. Or walking, whatever, walking's less fun.

Running outside, with some minor aerobics stuff at home (sit-ups, push ups, different kinds of stretches). I don't go to the gym, and my family doesn't have any workout equipment

Either walking or swimming. Swimming done in a heated pool as without a dive suit I'll freeze in less than half an hour anywhere else, and walking just generally done when I have nothing else to be doing - aka; at school or work during a break. Swimming is about the only thing I do for actual exercise, whilst walking is more 'cause its more entertaining than sitting/standing around doing nothing.

Usually I just go on solitary walks in my neighborhood. Good way to get some alone time and clear out my head.

I also used to take Yoga at college. It was hard, but it was VERY rewarding at the end.

Well sex is a great one so I picked the gym. Though you can also do this outside or at home.

Seriously though, I love running and I love lifting weights. I don't have the proper equipment to get my full program at home, but given the option I prefer to run outside. Seeing as we have snow half the year then that's not always an option. It's great to run in a light drizzle since that makes you sweat less.

Preferably, a fun hobby is my favourite way of staying fit. Otherwise, at a gym. I'd prefer to do it at home but I become painfully aware that the furthest away I am from my bed, the internet, and a pack of biscuits is a short walk.

I don't get exercise... if exercise is my only option to lose weight it looks like I'm gonna stay fat... and yeah it looks like I still am...<.<
