As most of you may know Perfect Dark was recently put on the Xbox Live Marketplace for a mere 800 microsoft points. seems like a steal right and thats the point but right before I ponied up and bought it I noticed the Gold member deal of the week: 2 classic Xbox games, GTA San Andreas, Max Payne 2 for 800 points each (and yes Fable is there but I don't care much for it). But my interest is split and my money limited to 100ish points and I've got a limited time to decide between Perfect Dark, San Andreas, and Max Payne 2 before the price of the latter two gets bumped back up and out of my range. If you can only one which do you pick?

EDIT: I mistakenly added the zero the first game in question (thats on XBL Arcade) is Perfect Dark not Perfect Dark Zero

San Andreas is fun.
Max Payne 2 is awesome
Perfect Dark Zero could have been a LOT better. I mean A LOT better. The "Original" Perfect Dark is out. If you want a shooter...get that one. Though it's more than 800...I think.

Wait, isn't Perfect Dark Zero the non-new 360 release? The one with the main character that made me want to murder her?

If that's the one you meant, then not that one. Max Payne 2, maybe? I haven't played either of the other options, but I never really liked the GTA series. If it isn't, then I recommend Perfect Dark.

Max Payne 2 is good, but San Andreas is great. I hate that I've lost my own :<
No idea about Perfect Dark.

I only played Perfect Dark of the three of those, but I would probably recommend GTA over it. GTA as a series always had a high replay value and I have heard good things about San Andreas in particular. I am worried that Perfect Dark does not age particularly well and that it won't be as fun as it was back on the N64.

You've played one GTA game, you've played them all. I'd go for Max Payne 2.

I, personally, would buy Perfect Dark because I still have not played it. But San Andreas is an incredible game and definitely worth the points.

I bought GTA: San Andreas yesterday for 800 points, and despite the pixels hurting my eyes (via HDMI on my 1080p HDTV), it's aged incredibly well.

Perfect Dark will always be 800 points (or cheaper), so you should get San Andreas while it's reduced, it's certainly worth it.

I've recently got a glut of new games, including Dawn of War Chaos Rising, Dragon Age Origins, Dante's Inferno, Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, Toy Soldiers, Scrap Metal and Perfect Dark, yet San Andreas is what I've been playing all day today and is keeping me from even starting Dragon Age, Dante's Inferno and Perfect Dark, despite the fact that I've already played and 100%'d San Andreas years ago.

This poll having the Zero added to Perfect Dark seems to have created a lot of confusion. Zero is a terrible game, I love Rare, but it is the truth as far as I am concerned.

I actually love both those games but Perfect Dark is \my favourite shooter of all time [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.181494-Perfect-Dark-it-is-out-An-XBLA-must-have#5361647]. So I am biased. I think it is the best for multiplayer and it has achievements, which matters to some.

I think GTA is a great open-world single player game, but to me PD is the best "package".

So many people, if you look at the numbers, did not vote for "Perfect Dark: ZERO" so you should use the comments to decide. Though, PD or GTA are both great!

GTA SA has arguably the same amount of gameplay time as both of the other two choices combined.

Fix your poll. Says Perfect Dark Zero, I'm sure you meant Perfect Dark.

OT: I suggest getting 2nd hand disc versions of GTA SA and Max Payne 2, you can get them both probably these days for the same price in total as one of them on their own on download, and save a large amount of HDD space.
The live downloads are just ISO images of the discs basically so they'll work just as well from the disc as it's programmed to be compatible with those games, maybe with 1 or 2 seconds longer load times.

GTA:SA has multiplayer and so it is a no-brainer.
It does?!
