Poll: which would you rather see remade?

If anyone watches S-E on Twitter, they made a post (tweet? IDK wtf it's called) asking if people would want a FF7 remake. Fans seem to be split on the decision. I posted back to remake FF6 (although I don't know if they understand English). So, which would you rather have, if any?

So, I'm the only person to go with neither so far, I like them as the games they are, I'd hate to see either of them remade just to target a bunch of the newer fans rather than those who actually bothered to get them when they actually came out. Sod HD graphics I say!

I don't think I'd like a remake but I'd certainly like a sequel to Final Fantasy IX, so many plot points were left unresolved.

As long as they keep the same system and story, I would give vital organs for FFVII with current-gen graphics. And if the bothered to finish a few of the sub-plots they left undone, I might actually shed tears of joy...

OT: I'd like to see a remake of 8, despite all of its flaws it was my favorite, and if they remade it they could fix most, if not all, of these flaws resulting in the ultimate Final Fantasy.

I know 4 has only just been remade for both GBA and DS, but that isn't the same as playing it on a television screen. I especially want to hear the old guy talking about a spoony bard.

9, well it was my favourite in the series, so I'd love to see an update of it.

Just because you want to experience one of your favourite games in a more modern representation doesnt make you shallow. If you refused to play the game untill someone DID upgrade it would make you shallow. Anyway from the looks of it a LOT of gamers are not liking the latest FF, maybe they need a time out

OT id quite like to see 7 remade, from the looks of it theyv been building up to it anyway -.-

Both of the games charm to me comes from the graphics and text based communication. Barret swearing and grumbling in real swear words (or family friendly cursing... *shudder*) would just ruin his character a little for me. Also something about flawless (generally speaking) graphics makes a game feel sterile to me. The rough graphics of 7 gave in a bit of childish charm.

Never played final fantasy, But i think its a better idea to just make a new game then keep remakeing one.
