Which type is your favorite: White? or Dark?
Me, I'm partial to drumsticks, so I like the dark meat.

I prefer white meat. Dark meat just doesn't look very appetizing to me. I guess in some dark, hidden, color-coded part of my mind I see white meat as "cleaner" and thus "healthier," because if there is anything funny in white meat I feel the contrast in color will help me see it easier.

I'm not a big fan of turkey, I much prefer ham but when I do eat turkey.. It's usually white meat.

I prefer dark meat. White meat is very difficult to prepare without drying it out, and even if it's done perfectly, it's not as juicy as a properly prepared piece of dark meat.And I'm with Infinite in loving duck. A good, farm raised duck is so fatty that even the white meat is juicer than the dark meat on turkeys and, often, chickens, and it is most definitely my favorite bird to eat. It's a shame that I don't get to eat it very often -- demand isn't very high, so you really have to plan it out if you want to get a bird and eat it. Low demand is why, to this day, I still haven't tried goose; you just can't find it anywhere.

Dark meat...flavorful and even my mother can't screw it up---her turkey breast tends to come out with the consistency of plywood.

Plus, when it comes to dark meat, ever make homemade chicken nuggets out of boneless thigh meat? You should. Oh dear gods, you should!
