My ex fiancé and I solved this problem by having unprotected sex.

We went three years and we never made a baby. Skill or Luck?

Seriously though, I don't really like condoms, I only used a condom the first time I had sex and seconds before I was about to spray the hose I checked to see if it was still intact...it wasn't the condom had broke and I almost didn't check.

I relied on the pull out method ever since. Though of course if I was ever with a girl that wanted me to use one, I would.
That is a very dangerous way, what if he had HPV "Human papillomavirus" and didn't know about it ?

We were both virgins when we fell in love and we just figured virginity meant us clean at the time, but if ever I make a mistake, only I am to blame and I will except that.

If ever in the future I meet someone else that isn't a virgin, I assure you I would take much more precaution. Ever since my fiancé left me for someone else however I have lost my taste in such things.

Plus what's life without a bit of danger? Sure maybe I'll live longer by staying safe, or maybe I'll get hit by a bus tomorrow.

Though I'm inclined to agree with those who have labeled this a dated mindset anyway. But whatever floats your boat.
And why, exactly, is it dated? Just because it is old? Hate to break it to you, but there are ALOT older values I hold than that in my moral code. Plus, there are still an significant number of people who follow that value.

That depends...How closely do you fit the sterotypical hippie model? The closer to the sterotype, the more cringing occurs on my end.

Then again, I don't think I'm the one to judge others on what they believe.
Im not going to lie. I do judge others for thier beliefs, but more often than not, it is a big, resounding "Meh." There are only afew at will actually get me mad, and most of those ones are in gross violation of my moral/ethics code. No matter how much I say "People should at least wait until marriage to have sex." it is just me blowing hot air. Do whatever you want. The only thing I DO NOT approve of is one nights stands.

If everyone would refrain from thinking their way of life is clearly superior, this'd be a hell of a better place.
Well, thats kind of misleading. You can think "My way of life is better than yours." and then you can fire back "Well, MY way of life is better than yours." and drop it there.

Except the point is we dont WANT to have sex. We will "do it" so we can have our own biological children, then never again. We would have a much better time doing things like:

Playing video games (Fallout New Vegas, Team Fortress 2, Call Of Duty, and Ghost Recon are among favorites)
Watching various animes (Hetalia: Axis Powers, Gundam, Legand of Korra, and Full Metal Alchemist mostly)
Watching various war movies (Lost Battalion, The A-team, Blackhawk Down, Saving Private Ryan)
Going for a drive (just me. She doesnt know how to drive dispite being 18, so I do all the driving)
Sitting around reading (Mostly her, but I read alot too)

Sex is probly literally the last thing on our mind. It like "We know that once we get married, we will have to do it eventually, but we shall avoid it until then."

How much of a hippie I am? Can't say I don't follow any sort of moral code for it.
- I like to be in touch with nature, hiking and camping a lot.
- The occasional joint, for relaxing and pleasure
- Free love, sex is a pleasure for everyone to enjoy.
- I could never work for a large company, or factory work.
- I run my finances pretty tight, make sure I build a buffer and such for everything. If I have any spare money I'll try to give it away to those that do need it.
I'm an audio tech and like to give everyone a great experience and time at their concert and I feel like a contribute to the cultural needs of those around me.
I donate a lot to small local charities for homeless and other stuff.

Other then that you could say I'm quite socialistic, social stability for all people above the wealth and power of a few. Everyone should have a job and everyone should get their chances, people that don't have a job only cost money.

As for the misleading...
Not intended that way, just more aimed at those who desperately think others should also follow their way of life.

Meh. Its my own personal belief that you should never be too proud to do any job, even if that means sweeping the floors.

Oh look, something that we are the same on. I am very good with finances and running businesses (at least, in the Economics and Business classes I took), and I donate to charities, although it is usually with my own sweat and blood (I am a registered Red Cross Blood Donor), rather than with money, bar spare change.

I'm an audio tech and like to give everyone a great experience and time at their concert and I feel like a contribute to the cultural needs of those around me.
Is that a usual hippy thing, because one of my friends dads is a roadie, and hes a hippy too?

I donate a lot to small local charities for homeless and other stuff.
Again, here is the same

However, this is probly a big one that we disagree on. I am very much a hardcore capitalist. I am ok with some socialist policies like Medicare and Social Security, but they must be made so that they at least break-even on their finances, because at the moment, they are literally eating the budget alive, and soon they could very well amount to 80% of the budget, not leaving ANY room for anything else. I am also in favor of them being reduced in size and churches, charities, etc pick up the slack, mostly because charities are more efficient. Also, I think that anyone who is taking unemployment because they have been unemployed for too long should be made to do work for the government, even if it is just "Take this shovel and dig a ditch over there." This has the added bonus of it can then go on a resume and show that, yes, you have worked recently and you can be trusted, making it easier to get a job.

I am also very much a Corporate Darwinist when it comes to business. Only the businesses with the best practices and products should survive. I am ok with new startup businesses getting help, but once you have established yourself, then you are on your own. To that end, I think that there should be bare-bones basic regulation. Things like price-gouging laws, minimum wage, basic work-safety practices, but then from there, it is all up to the company. Dont like the way they do business? Simple: Dont give them money. Tell everyone you know not to give them money. Get on your soapbox on the streetcorner and say "This company is being pigish and dont give them money." If enough people feel the same way, they will have to change thier business practices or risk losing customers and going backrupt.

As for the misleading...

Alrighty then.

Well, duh.

Hate to break it to you, but there are ALOT older values I hold than that in my moral code.
And that's probably also ridiculous, but whatever floats your boat. Sex as a procreative measure only came from a time when women were property and sex spoiled their resale value. Much like when you drive your car off the lot. Do you hold this as true, as well? Unlike you, I'm NOT judging. I'm just curious.

Plus, there are still an significant number of people who follow that value.
Ah, the bandwagon fallacy.

Well, people can believe whatever crap they want. It doesn't mean I can't find it to be dated (or worse).

I'm a blood donor too and I'll occasionally work at shift at a food distribution center.

I'm game with fair competition between companies. In fact, it needs to happen. However Darwinist systems will usually only allow one or maybe two winners for their market. Making practically the whole countries economy dependent on that company.

True. BUt still, free pill in the UK, free contraceptive implants in the UK, so we don't need them annyway.
Fair enough. I live in a country that thinks if we get free health care Stalin will rise up and conquer us within the year, so....
I know xD which (no offence intended) was fucking retarded, back when they proposed and people were like noooo!

Crazy.

We don't get ewverything free though.
Gotta pay for dental and optical checkups and services. Just pay less.

Okey-dokey, was just trying to be helpful with no judgement on your personal beliefs. I respect those who choose to abstain till marriage.

But you do understand that sex is fun? And when it's done with someone you truly love one of the most amazing things in the world. You don't have to choose between all that stuff and sex. You can have both.

And even if you didn't believe in any sort of contraception and only believed in sex for procreation, there's no reason why the baby making still can't be fun.

Condoms are incredibly stretchy and you are unlikely to find them in more than two sizes (with the second size really only there to boost guy's egos. You could put a regular sized condom over your head. Nobody has a penis that large.
The length can be problematic for well endowed men. Condoms stretch outward fine, but not downward so much. Comfort is also a factor. A guy might not enjoy a condom with a tight base, but a loose base is no good either.
I'm sorry you were saying? I doubt many will be filling that any time soon.
I don't think anyone would WANT to fill that.
Speak for yourself! :p

OT: condoms are only useful for people not in committed relationships. Since sex outside of love is a no-no to moi, get the tubes cut or the other tubes tied and away you go with that special someone.

Or don't get the tubes changed and enjoy a lot of anal. That options pretty cool.

My girlfriend used to break them and put them over her wrist to make bracelets. So, jewelry is an option.

Yeah... she was nice.

Hehe, well we were very careful, more importantly *I* was very careful and for the most part I would like to say I never made a mistake, but I would be lieing if I didn't have a scare or two. We used the pullout technique, so other than controversial vague unproven pre-cum theory, we should have been safe. The pull-out technique usually fails because most males don't have that self-control to pull it off. Unproven or not, pre-cum still scared me to a point.

So it's not like we went three years cum swapping. So I had no reason to suspect infertility.

If one of us was infertile however, it would have been nice to know, we could have had complete relaxed sex. She always complained I was to focused on being careful and not enough on enjoying it, I guess that's why sex is high on my wants in life. If I was a female..I don't think I would ever have sex.

I would love to be infertile, maybe next time I am sexually active I'll go get tested with my fingers crossed.

I'm sorry I have been rambling on and you were probably just trying to throw in a funny quip, not hear all that. Well I have already wrote all of it, so I am going to hit post.

Ya, you can use them as hair scrunchies too, and of course make balloon animals out of them.

The anatomy of all participants of my sexual encounters so far negates the need for condoms. So in my case? "No one."

In everyone else's case? "Whoever the fuck feels like it." I don't see why it should matter which participant does so.
