Well, Mel Blanc because freakin looney tunes man......... WE ALL grew up on that... If you didn't you need to re-do your childhood.

As much as I love Futurama I'm not going to say Billy West. What? He did Porky Pig too? Holy Shit...

Jon DiMaggio is close, but he did voice Marcus Fenix who is one of the worst characters of all time so that kind of puts a damper on my respect for him, but not his quality of acting. But he's out too.
Mark Hammill. The Joker, oh sorry THE Joker. But that's kind of his only claim to fame, (Luke Skywalker, but that wasn't voice acting that was regular acting)
Tara Strong on the other hand is amazing in everything she does. On top of what you mentioned she was also Harley Quinn, Juliet Starling, and Keira from Jak 3 and lost of other good stuff.
She wins for me, but there are 2 that I think are better.
Jennifer Taylor (Not Jennifer Hale) I'm talking about Cortana. Her performance in Halo 4 is unparallelled by any dramatic voice actor who's ever talked into a mike. Made all the more impressive by the fact that she's been working in close proximity to a voice actor who's continually set new lows for the field of talking every time he opens his mouth, Steve Downs.
And Ami Koshimizu. She has the widest range and highest quality of characters she can play and does an amazing job every time. Especially if you think Camp is harder to act than drama (Like I do) her performance as Friedelinde in Agarest War Zero puts her on a level that Can't be touched.
So Tara Strong is the best on that list and my third favorite of all time.
J.K. Simmons would burn my house down with combustible lemons if I didn't put him in the honorable mentions.

His animation roles are memorable but his video game list amazes me to no end for who he's voice acted and I very much look forward to him playing Deadpool again in the upcoming game.Pink Gregory said:
