and the other is an accomplished, oscar nominee (at least cant recall at this hour if he won any) with a 50 year career and Gran Torino under his belt.

Clint has 4 Oscars: 2 for Million Dollar Baby and 2 for Unforgiven, both of them for Best Director and Best Picture. He has 6 more nominations.

Clint Eastwood wins this one easily. Eastwood has had a very long and very prolific career. You have the 'Man With No Name' trilogy, Kelly's Heroes, Dirty Harry, Josey Wales, Every Which Way but Loose, Pink Cadillac, Unforgiven, The Bridges of Madison County, Million Dollar Baby, and Gran Torino. Sure, not all of those are certified classics (particularly Pink Cadillac), but they're all remembered, and he's excellent in all of them.

Wishing no offense to the man, Chuck Norris has Walker, Texas Ranger, arguably Delta Force and Lone Wolf McQuade, and an internet meme that's more famous than he is.
