I think Billy Crystal is the least funny person on the planet and he begun as a comedian if I remember correctly.
Aw no, he was great in the Princess Bride! Admittedly I don't like too much of his other stuff, but that one role was awesome.

michael macintyre
not funny man, just not funny
I saw Macintyre live right before he got famous, he played a little theatre in my hometown and he was brilliant. The live stuff is so much better than anything that gets televised I think. Within ten seconds he'c picked out the biggest nutter in the audience and my god the back and forth was great. Best comedian I've ever seen live, hands down.

I'm a bit dsillusioned with Bill Bailey. I think he's peaked, especially after watching Tinsleworm.

How the hell is Glenn Beck a comedian? He's a clown, I'll give you that, but he's no comedian.

OP: Dane Cook has my vote, he's like the Micheal Bay of comedians.
he did stand up a while back.

The hosts of The Smoking Gun's: Worlds Dumbest Criminals.

Fucking stupid jokes about stupid people. It's quite sad actually.

My least favourite popular comedian would either be Kenny Robinson or Nikki Payne. Neither of these comedians have any jokes outside of dirty sex jokes and even those aren't very funny. I don't mind sexual humour if it's funny but I have yet to laugh at either of these two during their stand-up routines. And the fact that both got their own TV shows for a while really piss me off.

Carlos Mencia is probably the worst comedic act I've ever seen.

The ones that I've enjoyed the most are Robin Williams and Russel Peters
My cousin is good friends with Russel Peters. He used to be a waiter in a restaurant that his dad owns called "The Lobster Trap" and Russel Peters used to dine there. Funny guy.

OT: Larry the Cable Guy is just awful.

I think they all have moments where they are extremely funny and moment where they are extremely long winded.

Dane Cook is one I feel needs to improve his act. I mean he is funny at times, but some of his jokes are too long winded.

You mean Jeff Dunham? I think that guy is the funniest.

The funniest comedian ever is Mitch Hedberg. Sadly he passed away.
First off, i say Its a tie between Dane and Jeff Dunham. Both kinda terrible, but i used to enjoy Dunham. The reason i quoted him: He died???? I love his Comedy Central Presents, but havent found much else of him.

I think he's alright, he reminds me abit of Mitch Hedberg, the best there ever was.

I think the worst goes to that fat Mexican dude, Carlos Mencia I believe it is, also, most female comedians tend to suck, mostly because their jokes revolver around 'LOL I've got breasts!' and 'LOL yea that's right guys, women have periods, woooo, scary', there's never many actualy jokes.

Also, I'd like to say Lee Enfield, while he can be pretty funny, I think he's overated as you like.

He is a good comedian, but he could be a lot better.

Probably a tie between Dane Cook and Larry the Cable Guy. Dane Cooks "jokes" are basically unfunny stories about his boring life, and Larry is a redneck, which means fart jokes. A hell of a lot of fart jokes.

Funniest Dane Cook moment: When Kevin Costner decapitates him with a shovel, while John Hurt laughs furiously in the background, probably while masturbating.

Jeff Foxworthy, Tim Allen, Dana Carvey, anything George Lopez has done lately. I hate it all. And Carlos Mencia should have had his organs harvested specifically for George Carlin. Carrot Top should be beaten to death by Gallagher, for King George's amusement. Lewis Black gets on your nerves after awhile, and Greg Giraldo isn't as hip as he thinks. Gervais is fat, Bob Saget is creepy, Jimmy Norton is scary, and Rich Vos is obviously racist. Since Hicks and Carlin are dead, everybody sucks.

Except Gilbert Gottfried.

I should mention that since black comedy is usually so different, I put black comedians in a separate category. I got the idea from Rich Vos. Katt Williams is awesome. He is way better than most other comedians, and half his jokes are about being a midget(he can't hang with Shaq because he's always getting slapped by Shaqdick). If the segregation bothers you, consider this: while George Carlin is no doubt the better comedian, is there anything he said that was funnier than Eddie Murphy impersonating gay Mr. T? Skill vs. Talent, plain and simple.

EDIT: Fuck Billy Crystal.

As far as shit comedians go i'd say ricky gervais, the office was pants and his stand uo shows aren't much better. Oh and Jenny Eclair. Men are bastards aren't they.. Oh LOL.

Good comedians, I love Tim Vine (even though he's an aquired taste just tells hundreds of one liners one after another) Also Lee Mack is fantastic and Bill Bailey is an absolute Hero.
Plus i'll stick up for Andy Parsons he and Hugh Dennis are the only two on mock the week who do off the cuff material. The others just seem to use jokes from their stand up shows.
