A perfect microcosm of the show, a little less than half of what Barney does is unnecessary and not altogether funny. The rest is genius, and is owed to Neil Patrick Harris' comedic supremacy.

I enjoy Leonard and Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory. Also a big fan of George Michael and Gob from Arrested Development. Fuck it, there's too many list but I don't think they can be compared.

I've always liked sitcoms. But I don't really like to raise some characters above others, because I prefer them as whole.

But if I have to pick one... At first I was thinking of choosing either Barney or Marshall from HIMYM, but I think I'll go with Janitor from Scrubs.
