Okay, before you get into fits of rage, I know this question might be a bit like one of those stereotypical, throw back to Fight Club ideas, but hear me out.
We can blather on for ages about who would win in a fight, but the question isn't really about martial prowess (Because, due to my bias, i'd have to pick Shepard). Think about it this way: IF YOU TOOK A CHARACTER OUT OF THEIR GAME WORLD AND PUT THEM IN ANOTHER'S, WHO WOULD BE THE BEST AT SURVIVING ANY OF THOSE UNIVERSES?
It may seem weird to put the Elder Scrolls franchise in there (Although, fashion sense wise, they could fit in well during Human Revolution), but let's think about that for a moment. Let's drop him in the Mass Effect universe, Dovahkiin powers and all. Now imagine what unrelenting force could possibly do to a reaper. Biotics would be hard to put on par with a dragon shout.
Take JC Denton and put him in the Fallout Universe. Would he be able to survive when the only Bio energy he can get comes from volt batteries used to charge energy guns?
Would the Lone Wanderer be able to survive in Minecraft, knowing he'd actually have to mine for minerals to make the ammunition for those weapons?
Would The Player still be the master builder he is in the Mass Effect universe, a world of ceramics, plastics and Eezo.
How would Mario fare in any of these worlds? Would he get depressed in Dues Ex and off himself?
Remember, Surviving isn't just how well one can adapt in a survival skills contest kind of thing: It's about how well you would adapt to the society you're thrust into. Sure, the Dovahkiin could outshout any biotic, but what would happen if they tried to, say, buy food or interact with any technology period? What about space travel? And let's not forget i've included Mario in this poll, so we have to take into account your jumping/macho princess saving abilities into this as well.
If you think there'd be a better candidate to survive in all gaming universes, point out why in the thread below.
