I don't know, but don't disregard Sephiroth, I'd give the guy who can summon tactical and strategic meteors and kill dragons in a single strike a pretty good chance against Mr Vader. Not saying I'm sure who would win, but thats my opinion on this subject.

I know that Soul Calibur 4 doesn't really count. I have to say either Darth Vader, Virgil or Sephiroth'd probably win, just based on the fact that two of them have weapons that can cut through anything, one is nigh-immortal and the other has the Heartless Angel and Omnislash attacks, which is pretty cool.
I suppose Magneto could steal everyone's weapons, and try and crush Vader's armour but I still think Vader could block him with the Force or something.
Fontaine wouldn't have a hope in hell of beating them, unless he convinced them all to kill each other, while Nightmare might put up a decent fight but, unless he became Night Terror, I don't think he'd last.
So, overall, Darth Vader would win because of this:

Would be between Vader and Magneto. Seeing as Vader has a fair amount of metal in him being part robot and all, I'll go with Magneto for the comfortable win.
