Man, I love Mass Effect. The story revelations at the end blew me away the first time, and I still love playing through that stunning final hour over and over.

ME2 is gonna own 2010. Guaranteed.

ME1 was a fantastic game. I like the idea that it continues your save on as well - I hope for definite that it continues where you left off, caused I murked that lazy ass council good, and Anderson would make a damn fine leader.

I've been trying to avoid any news about it so when I play it, it will be as surprising as possible.

I haven't watched anything either, aside from the class videos. And I would've gotten the collector's edition, but amazon is selling it for $130.....

You know considering Cerebus ressurect you at the start of the game and that you can die at the end of Mass Effect 2 you can only wonder just how close Shepard going to be to Frankenstein Mass Effect 3

Mass Effect 1 is just awesome! I'm a huge fan.
I replayed it recently to get me all psyched and ready for number 2! And whoo-boy am I ready!
I got my game-world all perfectly set up:

- Wrex is alive
- Ashley (the jerk) is dead
- The council survived
- Saren committed suicide
And
- Captain Anderson took his place as the human representative on the council!

Bring on Number 2!

Hmm, your run through sounds quite like mine, apart from the fact that

I chose to save Ashley over Kaidan and I left the decision of who the human council member should be to the politications. I'm wondering how, if at all, it will take into account some of the more minor changes, such as allowing the Rachni Queen to live (which I did). Might be interesting to see if the Rachni Queen has really been true to her word.
