Talentless pop singers are hardly a new occurrence, and if you take personal offense to every one you're going to be spending a lot of your time hating people who, all things considered, haven't even wronged you in some serious way. If Justin Beiber came to your house, killed your dog, and took a dump in your kitchen sink, yeah, I'd say that you have a reason to hate him. But he didn't. He released some songs which are popular with a group of people who are too young as of yet to have developed enough genuine musical taste to appreciate good music. So fucking what? Just don't listen to him.

I've never met the guy but he seems like a nice dude. He doesn't seem to act like he is a gift from god with his "talent", he gives the credit for his fame to his mom for posting videos of him on the internet. As much as I hate his music, I respect him for that.
