I think it's kinda disturbing how much people openly hate the kid. I've heard horrible things said, even by adults, about him, and I just don't understand why.

In anycase I blame YOU America! We Canadians didn't build up an entertainment industry that can take talentless youths and turn them into superstar celebrities. Last time I looked at a map, LA was in your neck of the woods.
Get rid of your superstar entertainment industry and we'll recall Bieber. Otherwise there is no point in taking him back as your industry will just produce another.

I have nothing against the guy. I don't like his music at all, but that's fine. It doesn't take much effort not to listen to it.
And, really, Devin Townsend and Rush alone make up for any less palatable music we've exported. As the country that spawned hair metal, you should be the ones apologizing. You can't overcome that.
