Poll: Why do you hate elves?

You've never faced an elf deck have you? Turn three, bam you just took so many elven feet to the... Wait this isn't about magic is this?

Well elves are depicted as being pure good while humans are shown as being the bigges dicks in the room and i have a problem with that. I dislike generic fantasy anyways...

I prefer final fantasy tactics a2 races. A bit more diversity and no single race is the biggest asshole in the room.

OT: Mainly the Talos thing. Also, I murdered some elves all Archer-like and then the Jarl of Whiterun (as well as a couple shopkeepers) tried to murder my face, even AFTER I Thaned my way out of the bounty (apparently there was a witness).

I voted other, because well, I don't hate them. They can be just a tad overdone in fantasy literature, movies and games, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't have a place there at all either. Look at the Witcher series or Dragon Age: Origins to see what can be done with elves with only a small twist.

My general interpretation of an elf is: age-immortal, beautiful and generally gentle (or well reasoned in their actions)
I don't hate those elves, but I often hate the context that they're in.

Usually they're a dying race, and they are frequently killed / tortured,
this usually leaves me feeling sad, in the same way one might feel sad watching an ancient work or art being desecrated / destroyed.
