Seems I'm the only Wii user so far. Can't say I didn't expect it. :p

Anyway, yeah, I've always been a huge Nintendo fan, it's the less expensive of the consoles by far, and I seem to be one of the few people here who actually loves motion controls. At least on the titles they're successfully implemented on, which are admittedly few.

I also like that Nintendo hasn't really turned to online play and preferred to focus on a strong local multiplayer, which suits my needs just fine. I know a lot of people love online, but I can't say the same for me.

The only thing I dislike about it is the lack of decent 3rd party support. It has...No More Heroes and Okami? The last being a PS2 port? Kind of embarrassing, to be honest.

Also, as for PC gaming, I own a laptop which in theory should be able to run a decent amount of games and yet struggles with the original Sims and Age of Empires II. Wat. Good thing I bought a dirt-cheap PS2 so I could get my non-nintendo fix. Albeit with an entire Gen in delay.

I'm on PS3 because I don't have the money for a PC that's decent.

I'm not on xbox because I will absolutely never pay extra to play the multiplayer component of a game.

Anything FPS, RTS, most RPGs or MMO goes, by choice, to the PC. I simply cannot get enough control quickly enough for a gamepad.

Most Action, Console RPG or Racing games on the 360.

Exclusives on the PS3.

The choice for me is actually mainly about controllers. Not only do I find the 360 pad more comfortable to use, but I have rechargeable power packs for them which I can charge seperately. The PS3 requires me to plug its controllers in for extended periods of time rather than giving me packs I can get extras to charge while playing.

PC, PS3, DS, PSP, saving for a WiiU and 3DS. Also NES, SNES, Genesis, and N64, plus emulators on the PC

It's mostly due to choice of games and convenience.

Although I don't have much time to game anymore.

I bought my 360 three years ago, when PS3s were still quite expensive. It was the price, really. The 360 had some exclusives I was interested in, so that was a factor too.

I use xbox because all of my friends use xbox, and we game together. If it were completely up to me though, it'd be PS3 but hey, there really isn't that much of a difference is there.

I refuse to limit myself to one platform if I can help it. Lately I've been gaming on my PC the most, but really I'll game on anything.

I can't own one system. Even if I only like ONE game on a system I'll buy it just for that one game. It's not the best policy but I like it. So yeh. I've got lots of Playstation (1, 2 & 3) games and all the systems. Lots of Xbox (original and 360) games and both systems. A few Nintendo games (NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube & Wii) and a PSP with Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core.. yep. bought a PSP for that one game. Wii was only for Twilight Princess. Gamecube for Tales of Symphonia and Windwaker.

EDIT: Forgot my PC. Bought a real nice new one (like a year ago so it's shit now) to play a few games. It sees more action than some of the systems I own. Although considering it's cost it has to.

I have a 360, PS3, wii, 3DS, PSP AND PC. Out of all of them my PC sees the least actual use as a gaming platform.

Why? Because certain games are just... better on certain platforms.

I'm surprised by the poll actually.Never thought the PC gamers would be close to the console ones.

On the current topic side of things,I am a PC gamer myself, because of the mouse and keyboard.I cannot fathom how to play any game with a few buttons,a dpad and 2 joysticks(analog)apart from action games of course.

I have tried playing Halo Combat Evolved on my cousin's Xbox 1 and I quit after a few minutes.I just couldn't move the crosshair fast enough and pissed me off majorly.I can't say that I wouldn't give consoles a chance, but there isn't much replay value in console games other than some achievements and do a 100% percentage type goals(hope this doesn't start a flame war,but that's my honest opinion about this).

The only other consoles that I own is a black&white old school Gameboy,Gameboy Pocket and a Sega Mega Drive 2.I can't and probably won't bother with consoles in the near future due to money issues.I will have to settle with my computer and buying games for it.

Also, even if I could afford any other console,I wouldn't know which to buy due to all the exclusive games on either Xbox360 or PS3.

PS3 mainly, I just think the controller is better and it has the games I want. I play pc exclusives that run on a fairly low spec pc though.

I mainly use my PC, for two reasons.

1. Most 360 devs expect me to have an HD-TV. I don't. Thus, I cannot actually read anything on the screen in half of my games. This is not a problem on my monitor.

2. I have a 360. I don't really want to pay $60 a year extra to play online. PCs play online for free.
